very old thread bump, did you ever finish these measurements?after taking the front and rear suspension out of the car over the last week, it seems that far too many of the suspension parts are bent to make it worthwhile to do the swap, all the rear suspension is bent far beyond use, the rear differential has the DS axle stuck into it, the rear diff cover was cracked (didn't have to drain any fluid at least), the passenger side LCA was nearly bent in half, quite an accident, luckily my friend was uninjured. i am going to measure the remaining good parts to see if it is worth trying with new parts or good used parts, i will probably drop the rear subframe and measure the mounts, and measure all the differences between the front suspension (tie rods, spindles, axles and control arms), good thing i enjoy working on carsSent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Tints got done today, 5% sides, 15% rear, 35% front. Also Sport skirts and rear spats on the way from russia! Should have just got them before paint but whatever, I was still undecided at the time. Im pretty confident it will compliment the front end nicely, stock skirts are too bland and the rear just looks lack luster because of the front. Duckbill helps, but not enough. Looking to wrap the chrome trim in some sort of carbon look. And as much as I normally dont like all clear tail lights, I feel like this car could pull it off well. No one makes them so I would have to do something custom. Not sure though.

thank you, and yeah its has the vents on the sides. plate mount is built in by k2gear I believe its required in japan. I want to have it filled / molded to be smooth and also open up the bumper to expose the entire intercooler

is this just as simple as getting on the phone with SOA to get the dash recall done?
-
for the 5x114.3, you just used a complete 18 sti rear subframe assembly? Or is there more to this?
-
interesting, I was told by a guy in australia they only came with r160s. They certainly dont have as much info out there as the north american stuff! I stand corrected
-
Of course would fit wagon.
What car these are from? Certainly not S402 as it has 6-pots in front.
It appears to have R160 diff.
Tuned by STI? But I thought it was 6-speed so it would have R180. Maybe slushbox?
The rear Brembos retain splash shield, which is nice, could be OEM part. Too bad the pictures do not show how the rear caliper is mounted.
Description says Spec B. Given drilled rotors could be some JDM aftermarket deal.
jdm spec b did not have the r180, only north american spec b got them

JT, what front lip is that? Also did you get your K2Gear bumper original or replica from VG (Russian Dude)? He makes his own lip that I guess fits with his 05-07 replica K2Gear Reiz bumper cover.
lip and bumper are both authetic k2gear, got an entire clip from an importer.
painters are so slow. still waiting for my car back
-
Can confirm, didnt notice a huge difference. I like the way it looks. ricer style lol. Next plan is to source some different skirts and figure out a custom rear lip. Also would like a carbon madrig scoop. I had a k2gear scoop but it wasnt my taste.

Man I wish, mirrors were from russia. Clip came from japan, I planned on opening them up anyway though
-
Where did you find the Ganadors??
russia
-
Agree to disagree.
-
Yeah it was only $800 too, as I got a couple engines to go with for a package deal. Worst part about it is the right side fender is damaged, so I'll have to have it fixed but should be ok. The only replacements I can find are in russia and with the virus nothing is shipping out right now. My mirrors and zero sports grille are still stuck in customs. Its going onto my 09 GT sedan.

he is most likely twin scroll which is why his front o2 sensor is in the downpipe and not the manifold.

won't work. the post facelift jdm headlamps are 5mm wider at the base and 10mm longer. which why you need the jdm post front bumper and fenders. plus the jdm post fenders attach to the headlamp, not the crossframe like the usdm ones.
thanks. I ended up buying a complete facelift nose cut for my 09. I will have an extra zero sports grille for soon if anyone is interested.
-
well that stinks, the usdm 08/09 fender and headlight shape look so damn similar. thought I might be able to pull it off with some cutting and or trimming.
