Typically when dealing with 3D printing most "sane" people stick to metric when designing, so millimeters is likely the unit.
In the comment section he responds to a question in mm... so just that is my educated guess.

It may likely be Vermont emission laws, especially if the exhaust was heavily modified.

Something has to be wrong with it, a 50k mile, Spec.B. for $8k?
Yeah perhaps, it claims the dealer will only sell it as a track vehicle... so wondering if it was modified or something. Also possible they don't really understand the value of the car.

I spotted #89 for sale in Vermont real close to where I live, If I didn't invest heavily into my current regular 2005 LGT already...

I spotted twice a Silver 4th Gen Legacy GT Sedan, looks just like my 2005 occasionally in Vergennes, VT. where I live. A Subaru in Vermont I know it's shocking... However Sedan GTs are not seen that much here and I often turn heads with mine.
I just got mine a month ago, it's a secondary vehicle so I'm not always driving it as I don't have Winter tires on it.

From Vermont as well, I just recently picked up a 2005 Legacy GT sedan 5sp Manual in good condition.
I was looking for something cheap I can finish learning Manual on and then down the road possible convert it into a Rally car, but I found this accidentally shopping and just had to get it and to be honest it's way too nice and good condition to turn into a novice Rally car.
But back on topic, I was curious about doing something like this, for clearance during the winter time. I still have my normal boring Automatic 2015 Impreza hatch, so maybe I'll leave this a fun Summer vehicle.
