My blue ones were starting to peel...didn’t want old plates on a new ride!

Years ago I registered my car in PA to save money...no front plate! I loved that!

More or less why I was asking how bright they are. I remember being behind an Infinity coupe of some kind with tinted tails and I very nearly rear-ended him because I visually recognized his car suddenly slowing down as opposed to seeing his brake lights. I had to really look at them to see them. Sure, it looks great. But it's going to look like shit after someone hits him.

I’m going to look into some bright LEDs. I also have a spoiler light and 3rd brake light. Any recommendations on bright LEDs for the 14 leggy?

I'm not sure you understand what a no fault state really means. You can be assigned fault for an accident, but regardless of who is at fault your insurance covers your medical expenses.

Ok. I appreciate the feedback. What exactly do you anticipate happening? What do I need to worry abt? I’ve never done this to another car..I just really like the look of it!

I guess that’s not 100% true...I had rear tail light black out COVERS, I think they were plastic. Attached them using 3M tape.

You'll know for sure they're illegal when you get rear ended. No need to wait for the official NY state interpretation of the law.

So if I get rear ended...I’m at fault? Regardless of the time of day? New York is a no-fault insurance state...does that not matter?

I had some 225/50/18 Blizzaks installed at Discount Tire. Came with a 100 dollar mail in rebate for President's Day.

They’re 5%. They’re plenty bright and red at night. If i get pulled over it’ll be during the day! They’re pretty obviously illegal. Waiting for an interpretation on the vehicle traffic law in NY but fairly certain they’re illegal!

Two months in to ownership! It’s really starting to come together!! Thinking abt a black gloss vinyl roof wrap, vinyl wrapping the chrome on the side windows, tinted windows—maybe a 35%...new emblem overlays (gloss black with SWP stars)! Any suggestions?

fully loaded, gps, rearview cam, white leather, bluetooth in car (how did I leave before this), media center, sunroof.

Beautiful car. Just picked up a 2.5i Limited. Looks just like it...the only thing I would’ve done different was get the 3.6 just couldn’t find one in the same condition with the same low mileage. Going to keep my eyes out and consider doing a trade in.
