Mine picks up yellow lines no problem. Depends how sharp an angle you approach the line....it’s not a car steering device, more of a nudge to wake you up and take control.

I frequently drive on winding roads, and I just keep it turned off. The beeping is annoying, and the steering input as you touch the white lines is very annoying. On the highway or straight roads it’s great. I grew up in Quebec, and those markings on the road are just suggestions, not actual barriers.
