  1. I bought the 19" STi wheels what seems like years ago and was waiting to get my suspension done so it wouldn't look like I'm riding on a 4x4.  Got my suspension in and dialed in and today the wheels are on!  Looks great, if I didn't hate wheel spacers I'd consider pushing them put slightly for a little more flush look but they look great on the car with the Whiteline Springs and Koni Yellows.  It's raining or I'd get a nice picture

  2. I found on a few sites "BLITZ STRUT TOWER BAR Rear (96101)".  I ordered from https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/?id=55747 . I don't know if it will be structurally supportive (obviously I hope it will be) or just show-y bling with no performance increase.  I had been looking for a rear bar for a while and SSD doesn't sound like they're coming out with one anytime soon.  I'll update about fitment and if I notice anything.

  3. Suspension settled so I went back and had them do the front pads n rotors, Perrin steering rack damper, SSD front strut tower brace, and the final alignment.  Car is a lot more confident feeling, flatter all around with less body roll and not at all as harsh as I was expecting.  I'd like to do the front alk because while the car is flatter around curves, the most body movement I get is accelerating and stopping.

I think the brake parts for the 3.6R are shared with the WRX....not the 2.5.

Ahh ok.  What's weird is the stop tech rotors for the WRX fit last time and they were out of those so I got the DBA and they wouldn't fit.  I ended up doing the front DS2500 pads with centric full face rotors and as soon as I sell the dba and rear pads I'll do my rears probably centric full face rotor and I'll have to see what pad options are available because I don't see DS2500 rears.

  5. Whiteline front strut tops dont fit, I'm glad I also had a set of new OEM ones.  DBA front rotors dont fit, I was told before the suspension and brakes were interchangeable with the WRX and the Legacy, last time I did the fronts I swear I ordered the stoptech slotted rotors for the WRX.  They're gettin me front rotors that'll fit and I'll still get the upgraded braking with the DS2500s.  I'll see how the rest goes, if I have anything else that's wrong, hopefully not.

P.S. they couldn't possibly be nicer, cool shop

  6. After dicking around waiting for my friends garage to have an opening I got impatient and booked with AZP, probably a better move because they're in the performance industry and have done work like this frequently.  I'm getting springs, struts, rear lcas, rear toe arms, whiteline front strut tops, ferodo DS2500 pads and dba 4000 slotted rotors.  I'm holding off on the STi wheels and tires in my basement til maybe march or so, then run them from March or April til next October then put the all seasons back on.

  7. I was getting everything together for the shop to assemble the insert assemblies so I can swap em out with the oem assemblies when I noticed one of the insert assemblies doesn't have the black protective rubber boot on it.  I email Koni to see about getting a replacement and they were confirming the model number with me so I checked my amazon account and it says I ordered the 1447 not the 1453's.  Part of me thinks I noticed this before and ordered the 1453's and sold the 1447s but I cant find a receipt from any other websites I may have ordered from.  If I hadn't ordered the 1453s and I sent the 1447s along with the OEM 2.5Premium front struts to get them installed, is there any chance they fit?  I'm continuing to look for another order of the 1453s hoping I noticed and fixed the mistake.

  8. Hey everyone, I've got a set of 19x8.5 STi wheels in gunmetal with Yokohama advan sport tires mounted with a hunter road force balancing machine.  Brand new, never installed.  They have brand new Subaru TPMS sensors in each wheel as well.

    These are the wheels:

    https://www.fastwrx.com/products/subaru-oem-19x8-5-wheel-2018-wrx-sti

    And these are the tires:

    https://www.tirerack.com/tires/yokohama-advan-sport-v105g

They've been sitting in my basement in tire duffels with felts to protect the wheels.  Asking $3000.  For faster response you can email me at Blur3737@aol.com.
