The required bushings should come with the bar. I'd recommend skipping endlinks (unless you're lowered), but adding the AVO bracket reinforcements on the rear. I'd also recommend changing the front bushings to poly.

Annapolis Subaru seems performance-oriented. Maybe I'll try them next time.

Back tot the alignment - #40 - Camber went in the wrong direction, and toe is better, but uneven.

If that works, without any other mods, let us know. I think you'll need only front B-spec top hats.
As for the (front) struts, the critical dimension is clearance between the spring perch & tire, I think.
-
i guess if you put a lowering springs it will hit the tires from turning from lock to lock, bec our tires are bigger than lgt..
But lowering springs will not affect the perch-to-tire clearance.
-
This is encouraging.
Any pics comparing the front struts? I have a very little clearance between the tire & spring perch (running 235-55-17 GYTT's).

IMNSHO - merely lowering down to Legacy height will cause some issues in geometry, screwing up the camber curve. Improves static camber, but go into a corner and you'll end up with less negative, maybe positive camber. I think.
If, OTOH, you remove the spacers that make the difference between a Legacy and Outback, it may be another matter. That's more work.
And last, do you really want junkyard shocks?
-
OK, I'm confused - does the HKC package include tophats, etc?

What's so special about the BTS struts over the Bilstein HD struts?

Legacy & Outback are different.

Ditto, but I need to know if this is complete, including top hats, etc.
-
This would be for the entire kit, including top hats, perches, etc?

Link to the Yahoo story? I tried searching with Yahoo...

Shouldn't "Third Generation Subaru Outback (2003 – 2009)"
be "Third Generation Subaru Outback (2005 – 2009)" at least for USDM?
-
This is going to take a lot of effort, hope the members utilize it properly.
Suggestion - at some point, it might be worthwhile to consolodate some of the vendor fora.
-
Might clarify for the noobs that the pic shows a turbo version.
Also, it's only the rear ARB brackets that need reinforcement.
Axelbacks are swappable with LGT, as are catbacks with some twiddling.
And Outback owners need to take care. A lot does indeed swap over, but slamming an OB can result in counter-productive camber geometry.

Japanparts is looking into putting a kit together, but I have doubts.

FWIW, I'm re-enquiring japanparts for this list (see the japanparts forum).
And Beans said they don't do JDM bits.

Where the heck's Jedimaster?

I definitely think that's a contributing factor. I shut off the headlights before the engine, although I don't know if the Primary Driver does.
-
I think that with quality components, the tolerances are tight enough that when one fails, you should expect the other to go very soon.

^Did you get the mufflers from the dealer? 2 for $150.00? If so I'm going to do this today haha
Get them from some LGT owner who has upgraded, for much less than $150 - otherwise you might as well get some Magnaflows welded in, or some used aftermarket axelback.
Headlights both, low beams dead??
