  1. Crap... for me that could be a huge problem. I generally drive like an old man hahahah. It is really rare for me to push my car hard.
  2. How's low speed and low throttle shifts? When I watched the video of the f1 on the dyno it looks brutal lol. I may do the transgo route then, just need to figure out who to get it from.
  3. Hell I guess I'll ask it while I'm thinking about it, are there a good handful of people in here with the transgo kit? I assume they are enjoying it?
  4. I remembered reading that their stuff was near scam territory... that's pretty sad, i think i remember seeing on their site 700 ish for what they do. Pretty interesting on the modded transgo kit. Appreciate the heads up on this, i asked my tuner if they'd heard of transgo, he said heard of them but don't know anything about them ahhaha. I'll have to figure out who in town has done work with their parts... bad part is i don't know anyone around here that's good with transmissions.
  5. I've been running a transmission cooler for something in the realm of about 8 years or so now ahhhahaha. I've really thought about ipt, but i keep hearing positives and negatives so it's pretty much a wash at this point to not know if they do worth a damn or not. i'm hoping it doesn't come to a full failure point, wanting to kind of prevent something like that from actually happening ahhaha. I've seen the transgo kit mentioned, however i got the feeling from skimming climbers post about the f1 valve body upgrade that it was a kit on top of ipt doing a valve upgrade... i guess i misunderstood that one. I'll have to google the kit, see what pops up.
  6. Alright so I've searched around in this thread with no luck and I messaged climber with no answer, edit two weeks today... Looking for some advice here. First up is he still doing the valve body mods? Anyone in here running them? If so thoughts and what's the best way to contact him? I saw mention of a website in the works but nothing listed. Didn't see a phone number attached to his other thread about the mod and prices. If not anyone still having ok luck with ipt? Shop I've dealt with for ten years mentions he has good luck dealing with them. My turbo is finally dying so I'm going with the bnr 18g option so I don't make instant torque. Probably not going to push it to it's full potential either for fear the transmission won't handle it besides I don't think I need all of that either. Appreciate any insight on this issue, someone mentioned a fan lol that would have been helpful.
  7. if i didn't get a pm i never would have seen this... i read of i think one or two cars that had it. neither of which were on here. one was on a ausi i think it was legacy blog, it sat up pretty high and didn't look quite that good in his photos. i damn near bought it but i ended up spending more on my advan wheels and a few other items than i had planned for way back when. the more that time has passed i think i've decided later i'm going after the spec b front because it doesn't sit as low and is more subtle. i guess i'm getting old lol. i do know i'd bottom out the hippo sleek kit all over where i live hahahah.

  12. hre has always made very nice classy looking designs i wouldn't mind owning. probably what i'll go after if i get another set. my advans are nice and all but kinda wanna get a third set of wheels lol.

  15. second the updates to the site looking very nice! i'll have to wait a while like stated before but wanted to say i'm happy to see you picked back up doing this for the folks here. props to you also just out of curiosity do you do any special order items? i've wanted a used (don't think they're made anymore) set of tanabe nf coilovers they offered over in japan for the legacy (plus jdm top hats for them).

Car: 2007 LGT Sedan 5eat Factory electronics: Standard radio, non navigation, no sub Parts used: JDM Twin HVAC Double Din adapter (JDM part #H6217AG911 from avoJDM Parts) SVX I88 harness (blanking out if there was any others hahaha) Comments (include make/model of your aftermarket head unit if any specific integration issues): Audio equipment: Eclipse avn 5495 headunit, bluetooth adapter from parrot, back up camera from eclipse, audison bitone processor, focal krx3 3 way component set (partial active), audison lrx 400.1 x 2, audison lrx 250.2, audison lrx 300.4, image dynamics idmax 12 d4 v2 x 2... (work in progress, running the components and two amps with the bitone and headunit at the moment) some reason i have a speed pulse wire issue, i've got it on the correct one under the dash but for some reason i get no signal from it. i'm not really sure why... however the unit still knows where i am and it averages out my speed where it works without it. hazard switch i'd recommend getting the jdm one, using the state side one is a royal pain in the ass to get sitting correctly/smooth button push/holding in place on the screws. i'd highly suggest spending the money for less headache come install time. everything is pretty much a piece of cake though, really the best thing i've done to my car that isn't go fast oriented. http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee200/Seth1784/Audio%20Emporium/IMAG0089.jpg
