#4) Percent of highway vs. city driving: I'd say I'm in the City 40%.

 

#5) Tires used previously: Kumho ASX

 

#6) Right away I can tell the Extreme Contacts have stiffer sidewalls than the ASXs. Steering response is already livelier. And understeer seems to be reduced—I'm guessing it's from the reduction in sidewall flex.

 

These tires look great and have a longer treadwear (50,000 Miles) than the ASXs. I'll follow this up with a more detailed review after I get more miles on them.

I'm hog-zast-ed as of today. I'm "stage 3" in my OBXT. It sounds beautiful.

There's a good chance that could happen shortly. Just smoked out the tail lights on saturday too. I removed and painted my rear badges with matte black paint last weekend. When I remounted them I decided to just leave on the "'subaru' and '2.5XT'" and not the "outback" badge.

No rubbing issues whatsoever as of yet. I've driven my car through some pretty deep dips, turned at full lock coming out of my weird angular driveway, and no rubbing. I'll update later, if it happens. Big 0's site recommends a 235/50/18 tire for the Outback, while Tire Rack recommends the 235/45/18.

18x8 +48 OZ Ultraleggeras and Kumho ASX's 235/50/18. I'm going for the sinister all-black motif on my OBXT. A few of my friends have nicknamed it "The Invader." I just blacked out the Rear "SUBARU" and "2.5 XT" badges and smoking rear headlights, this weekend too
