  3. Dropping it all tougher may be my only option... I’m not against.... hell maybe why its all out I can up grade to a bnr 18g if I can find one for a reasonable price..... just didn’t know if anyone used aftermarket studs or stuck to oem... this car will be going under the knife when the weather breaks here in pa... I put it away for winter. And don’t need it as a daily. Thanks all.
  4. stew. i have the stud extractors. not too worried about that. these nuts on them are going to fight me... dgoodhue.. i figured i could do that worst case. but i also want to upgrade the j pipe while im in there.
  5. had anyone here had to replace the studs on the vf54 turbo? i need to do my timing belt and water pump and i know i have to remove the cat/j-pipe to do it. the nuts holding it on are about as bad as it gets and i have a feeling i will have to replace the studs while in in there. my questions are... 1. how the hell can i get the nuts off that pretty much have no sides to them? 2. any one replace there studs with a aftermarket kit like grimmspeed? or am i stuck getting them from Subaru?
  6. I’m looking for a catted j-pipe for a 2010-2012 legacy gt. Prefer nameless so I can keep the rest of the exhaust. But I’m open to options. Really want to tune my legacy and turn it up some more
  7. I’m going to swap out the control arms and see what that does. Hope it helps.
  8. I read that. But mine didn’t start until recently. And I’m getting really sick of it.
  9. Really? I will have to order a set... I was looking into possibly control arm bushings. But I wasn’t sure
  10. That’s next on the list... they were booked up for awhile.. just seems odd to only shake and not pull at all.
  11. Hello all, I’m really hoping I can find someone here that has had this issue and has found a way to fix it... so I have a 2010 legacy gt and with in the last few months I have noticed a shake, shimmy at highway speeds. My first guess on a fix was tires out of balance... switched outa the wheels and all and it’s still there... second was brakes and rotors... switched them out still the same... is it possible for weak lower control arms to cause this?? Appreciate want help! Sick of this shake
  12. i tried that. they had a close out and i missed it. all gone

  19. I ran a 18x9.5 with a 35 offset With 245-40-18 on my legacy gt for awhile. Wheels did poke out a little. It didn’t look bad at all. I think u may run into a issue with the tires. But the wheels won’t look too bad

  21. I wish mine was that easy... all of mine were staying on including my dome light.. haven’t had time to rip it all apart and search wires as it is my daily driver. But I’d love to get to the bottom of it... hoping it’s not my biu
