  1. I ended up going a different route. Decided to get an 06 spec b steering wheel, and just use the maestro SW kit for my pioneer mvh1400nex (which looks fantastic in the jdm climate control unit I might add). The maestro module allows manual programming for 2 functions per button, so I'm just using the existing buttons for my Bluetooth controls.
  2. So has anyone successfully used the 08+ roll connector to make the phone buttons work? I'm in the middle of my steering wheel swap right now, and I would like to use all of the buttons that came on my 08 spec B wheel. My car is an 05 LGT MT. Wondering if I could swap to an 08 roll connector and use the 08 turn signal control as well? I think thats what youre saying Jharr92? And if I keep the Si control button maybe i can hook that into my aftermarket stereo steering wheel control interface for one more programed button
  3. Here's my 05 legacy gt wagon with the roof rack crossbars off of an 01 forester. Slightly modified but nothing crazy. They work great! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yea, I just youtubed it. It's a funny key sequence. Something like putting your key in, turning on and off 10x and then hitting the unlock button and opening and shutting the door. Worked first try
  5. Still have to clean off the last bit of that old adhesive from the "L" badge, put on my badge of ownership, and give the car a bath!
  6. Best part is, I didnt have to really DO anything. Just programmed it to unlock/lock the doors, and get it cut. I'm not really sure what an immobilizer is, but I didnt have to mess with it at all to get it to work with my car
  7. Successfully programmed an 09 Legacy integrated remote key/key fob/whatever-you-want-to-call-it for my 2003 Legacy. P/N: 57497AG48A Ordered from amazon for $60 I was worried it wouldn't work because it was so much newer, but I programmed it as if it was an 03 fob and it works beautifully.
