  1. Yea, did you invent your own?

no, I bought some at an autoparts store...

they are designed for a truck, but fit nicely after some trimming to the mounting hardware with the dremel.

    didn't solve the problem though....

I may have posted on the wrong post here...but at one point in time we had a post going on the same subject where we thought it might be the swaybar bushings... after a refresher reading here I see the focus has been on a different set of bushings so my bad.

those of you that have replaced hangars...did you replace all three?

The dealership first thought mine was my exhaust (it was really loud) and then with stock cans diagnosed it as being hot spots on my flywheel.. changed out the clutch and flywheel and I still have the same problem... flywheel was burned up pretty bad tho.

Car was on coilovers..switched back to stock suspension bcause of a blown strut...same problem

dealer again said they have had numerous complaints of vibration that were solved with new exhaust hangers... but what do they know????

  2. Finished through step 4 today along with the one click unlock hack....

that's all i can handle today, maybe i do the other step later.

i kind of like the fogs being off when i click on high beams, i get flashed for brights alot and i like the distinction of the fogs going off and the brighter light when i flash morons back.

Thank you everyone for the pictures and great instructions

  3. excelent work. your next mission is to figure out how to use the extra wire to roll the windows down.

Om my 2004 pathfinder, if you hold the unlock button in with the doors shut, the front 2 windows will roll down....is this possible on a leggy?

Wouldn't all of the wiring for the windows be there...just a matter of ensuring the right "signal" or voltage or whatever, were being sent from the cut red wire that we clipped?

my issue right now is that I am under my car and I'm colorblind, so I am having an issue finding the right wires.

good thing he was so descriptive with location!

......I could just cut them all and then randomly put them back together.........

    I'l post my results

    lol j/k

ok so now finished. i couldn't tell the exact color of the "red" wire, only that it looked red and was in the right location. The green with yellow stripe was easy enough to find, again verified by location. Works great, me happy. My kiddo nd gf won't gripe at me anymore for getting the timing wrong and not unlocking their doors. THanks for the pictures! This really helps those of us with color issues
