Is there any improvement to be had on an 06 2.5i 5mt that's stock? I've read there's not much point in upgrading intake and exhaust, or is that without a tune?

Anyone interested in the non folding rear seats from an 06 L2.5i? Might be a limited. Dark cloth. I need the folding rear that came in I think the 07-09

Question. Will all 05-06 LGT (and impreza?) Bushings and suspension componets work on my 06 L2.5i 5mt? Well besides that front sway bar I guess?
