My great deal of the day (and yes, I will post a deal of the day by grayson thread shortly)
2008 Legacy GT SPEC B, Diamond Gray, MSRP of just over $36k. Sale price $31900
-
after i made a post, i was reading through the thread again and realized andrew was the only one posting specials/deals of the day and I didnt want to post my random deal of the day and jack into someone else's thread.
-
i misread how the thread was meant. it took me a minute to figure out that it was only deals you were posting, not deals of the day for random people to post.

how are the tablet notebooks? any good deals on them?
HP, toshiba, etc? brand preference or quality?

This walkthrough shows you exactly where everything is, and also how to remove fasteners and parts without breaking anything.
Green arrows, DRL module
Red arrows, panel attachments
1. Lower the panel above the pedals
- There are three plastic attachments for the lower panel. For the two in each side, turn counterclockwise 90 degrees, and the screw head part will pop out, now you can grab it by hand and pull it out completey.
- The middle attachment you must use firm pressure on to pull it out.
2. You will see the DRL module on the firewall with a white and black connector. If you can read the green sticker on the top it will say "DRL" on it.
3. Pull the white connector out only, secure it so it does not rattle, perhaps with a zip-tie as shown
4. Put the panel back.
- Just push the middle attachment back in
- With the "screw head" part of the black attachments extended, push it into the two holes on the sides. Then push the screw head in to lock it into place.
One of the best posts ever. this should be a sticky for anyone wanting to do this.
did it in 5 min or less. not really a better or easier way to say/show how to do it.

Rob, how have your dealings with Oldhams been? I live in eastern KY so Oldhams is the main dealer we go to, and almost every time we've been there they've been complete a**holes with us.
We have a lot of people come to knoxville from KY for service for that reason. I have never had any dealings with them but have heard very similar stories from a lot of people...especially WRX/STI owners.
