^nice set up.
can that license plate relocator be more on an angle so it stays facing the front instead of facing more one side?

Other than the camber, OEM specs should be fine. Like GTEASER said, the rear camber can't be adjusted. Should still be able to get the toe to factory specs.
When I was on coils, I had a little more negative camber than OEM up front too. I was at -1.1 and the specs called for -0.8. Not really a big deal. Waaaay better than the -3 on both sides that it was at before the alignment, lol
I'd just tell them to get it as close to OEM spec as they can and you should be fine.
Awesome, thanks for your help!

Thanks buddy,
I guess my real question is if they cannot do any custom alignments, will oem specs work with my set up??
Any help guys? They have a deal today for 149 lifetime alignments
-
They should be able to get everything within factory alignment specs except for rear camber which is not adjustable.

Quick question guys.
I'm lowering my leggy 1.5" on coils, if i have firestone (i know they are not the best for this) do my alignment they said they can only align it with oem specs, how bad will that be with a 1.5" drop??
The reason to use firestone is because of the lifetime wheel alignment
Wheels are 18x8.5 +38 on 245/40

wow great job, looking to see the final product

Camber bolts upfront should by fine. White lines should do the trick as for the rear to correct things GTeaser used a fairly affordable lower control arm to correct it on his fozzy iirc. Which using the same as our vehicle along with the brz. I personally use Megan lower control arms and the Megan toe kit. Toe shouldnt be a huge issue but most competent alignment shop can get things close to zeroed out. ISC, racerX, voodoo, godspeed, rs*r, are just a few too look at. Pretty much anything 08+sti will work for you
Sounds good, thanks for all the info!!!

Yes I would do that. The 40series tire will offer a better ride quality over a 35 too. Just run about -1.0-1.2 camber upfront and .8-1.0 rear and you'll be A-ok
Awesome. Now for camber, which camber kits you guys have? I'm a total noob with suspension.
-
That's almost identical to my old setup. 19x9 +35 I ran a 255/35 (winter) and a 245/40(summer) tires. Depending how low you decide the front will more than likely require a very minor pull. The rears for piece of mind should be rolled, you shouldn't need to pull them at all. They should be dam near flush
If i want to avoid any fender modifications for now, would 245/40 be a better idea? Let's say with a 1.5" drop. Thanks for your help btw!
-
Guys will 19x8.75 +35 with 255/40/19 fit fine without any fender modifications? Will be on coils, probably with a 1.5-2" drop.
Thanks!

I am certain that no one has done that.
You guys that know a lot more about our cars suspension, is that a bad idea? I know they were made to work with the rce springs better, but some people have complain about that set up and it doesn't lower the car that much anyways.

Have somebody install h&r springs with bilstein struts?? If yes how does it feel? I searched and couldn't get a good answer.
Thanks

Close enough, I'm in Cambridge, lemme know
Awesome, can you do weekends?
