  1. I could not find any reasonably prices cubby mounts so I ended up making one. Link below to a basic dual 52mm gauge pod mount. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5901116
  2. For those interested. Below is the link to the .STL for a dual 52mm gauge pod mount. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5901116
  3. Bringing this topic into 2023. I'm in need of a dual gauge pod for the cubby on my 06. I have found a couple options on eBay but they are from over seas and just not worth the money. I have access to a 3D printer and plan to design my own. Before I spend the time and resources to do so, can anyone point me to a download link of one that is still current? If not, I will be making my design available for download. Also if anyone wants one shipped, I will be happy to do that.
  4. Problem has been resolved. Every single plug on the engine harness is keyed to avoid mismatching plugs and sensors- EXCEPT! the vacuum purge solenoid thing. That uses the same plug as the coolant temp sensor. I had them mismatched. Huge face palm... It didn't help the fact that the sensor and solenoid are two inches away from each other. I blame myself for not looking at the rest of the plugs sooner. Fixing the plug mismatch also corrected the MAF sensor issue. They are not even part of the same harness so its odd they would effect each other in this way.
  5. Thank you for confirming I am looking in the right place. I will be double checking the harness/ grounds the next chance I get. An update will follow shortly. Thanks
  6. Thanks for the reply. Am I wrong to think the MAF is bad? I thought it was weird more than one sensor had issues but then again they were sitting for several months.
  7. Hello, Long time lurker, second time poster. I recently installed a refreshed engine and am having a strange issue. The engine temperature gauge maxes out at 250 consistently. Even on cold starts or even just key in/acc on, the gauge goes all the way up and the radiator fans kick on full blast. AP reads 250 coolant temp. During engine harness removal (several months ago) the coolant sensor plug crumbled in my hands. So I assumed that was the issue. I replaced the plug- same issue. I replaced the sensor- same issue. I also confirmed I did not get the wires backwards. I did all of that assuming the coolant temp sensor is what feeds the ECU and in turn what operates the gauge. Maybe the sensor is fine and there is another sensor i missed. Can anyone confirm what actually feeds the engine temp gauge? Now I'm thinking its a wiring gremlin in the engine harness. Probed the plug and im getting 12v on the red wire and .4V on the yellow wire. I tested the sensors and they appear to be working. From what I can find on the innerwebs, 12V is not correct(again I could be wrong). Im working on finding an engine harness diagram to aid my search. Also, worth noting. My MAF sensor appears to have died also(I have a replacement on the way). Car will not start with MAF plugged in. Getting engine codes confirming its not seeing the MAF/ intake air temp. The car will start with the MAF unplugged. If I plug the MAF back in while its running, it stumbles for a moment but then continues to idle normally. Im hoping a bright mind can be of some help here. I appreciate any info that can be provided.
