  1. 1998 Subaru Legacy L Wagon Clean title VIN: 4S3BK4354W7300710 201k miles Originally a 2.2 automatic car, swapped in a JDM AVCS EJ205 engine new MLS head gaskets with ARP studs Wiring merge done by Zephyr K&N intake with tomei turbo inlet VF48 turbo ported/polished, billet wheel, and ball bearing from Hill Country Forced Induction Process West TMIC Killer B pan/pickup/windage tray Stock header with grimmspeed crossver, invidia catless up, invidia catted down into a custom 3" midpipe with Vibrant resonator and a greddy axleback. Header/up/down heat coated. AVO BPV ID1050x Injectors New OEM fpr Mishimoto Radiator/fans Group N mounts all around Walbro 255 pump with STI pickup all new shifter bushings STI front control arms and WRX SPC rear control arms 2014 STI steering rack with custom PS reservoir ABS delete with proper master cylinder/prop valve GETADOMTUNE Cyl 4 cooling mod OffTheLine Coil packs 3 AEM gauges (oil, boost, afr) in gauge pod Kartboy short throw Colorado driveshaft rebuilt 5mt shaft with new joints and refreshed carrier bearing KYB AGX shocks with Swift springs Sti front sway bar and whiteline rear sway bar It is on 16" snowflakes with medicore eagle RSA all season tires. Type-R 15" subwoofer with all new powerbass speakers in doors and alpine single din head unit Forester Compass setup (has thermometer in it too) RFRB Grille RFRB Spoiler 2 Piece headlights retrofitted with mini h1 projectors and HIDs Tinted all around (35 front drivers/pass 5 rear drivers/pass/sides and 20 liftgate) JDM clear tail lights I am sure I am missing things... now onto the bad: Usual rot on drivers side quarter panel front fenders are rusting on bottom Suspension rubs on pass side so it will need to have fenders rolled/possibly stiffer/higher springs Front bumper/rear bumper and lift gate are painted, so the car has 3 different shades of white. Runs perfect WOT, at idle/low rpm it seems to stumble. Apparently it needs aftermarket fuel rails/lines/fpr to fix this. A/C isn't fully hooked up. I have the line to go in and compressor connector just needs to be wired in. Clock spring broke so airbag light is on. I have one to put in, haven't had time or energy I'm burned out from the swap. As you can see I have thrown a lot into it. Hoping someone can take the reigns and get it running 100%. Any questions let me know. Pull: Idle/drive-by videos: Located in Central NJ (Branchburg/Whitehouse Station area) Asking $7000 OBO. Link on FB for pictures temporarily. Pictures soon to come when I'm on my PC. This photo upload sucks on mobile lol
  2. 2 months later and I'm out. For sale if anyone is interested. https://www.facebook.com/groups/680834665301204/permalink/3309086082476036/?sale_post_id=3309086082476036 Just burned out from the car. I love the platform to death and the car runs awesome full throttle. Time in limited in my life and I've got too many toys. I'll be back for sure
  3. Car runs and drives beautifully now. Just have to figure out pass rear hitting on bumps, might need to roll and run stiffer springs. Looks like swift springs are soft
  4. A lot. I have a MeisterR hood and it's sooo much lighter lol
  5. If anyone wants to follow a bit more, I've been posting on my IG @legarexNJ. I'll try to update this when I'm at my PC. Long story short, wiring got done, car ran then if was eating coolant. Pulled engine to find iac had no gasket.
  6. Don't know yet. Car currently getting an alignment, drove it on basemap. I'm shooting for 300whp but I'll probably get some more.
  7. look at your VIN plate under your hood itll tell you the paint code. go from there
  8. under a month with the new guy, car runs. had to remove AOS because there was no ******* room on the passenger side lol. Might relocate it later. Also had to remove mish overflow tank, they stick up higher than OEM ones so it was hitting hood. going to get a metal OEM one tomorrow. GD Catback is way too different looks like im going fully custom or a nice jdm muffler for our cars with a custom midpipe
  9. Update for anyone that reads this: Car is currently getting finished by a reputable guy. Original person as you can see took long as **** to do anything. Car was hobbled together, wiring a ******* mess. Parts missing, he still has my STI TMIC, USDM WRX ECU, oil pressure sender for my AEM gauge, and god knows what else. Just before it got sent off to a trustworthy guy On the way (yes, driveshaft is disconnected lol) Since I now know it is going to be done within a reasonable amount of time, decided to get the summer setup ready
  10. There is a mini h1 retrofit thread here. If you're serious about output, do that.
  11. still not even close. guy who was doing the wiring for me flaked the **** out so now ive got a shitstorm of wires.
  12. Unfortunately build has come to a crawl at this point. I've got some more silly JDM bits for it, but I am patiently waiting for the wiring to be done so this thing can go. I forgot about the driveshaft, as my 4EAT driveshaft is too short for the 5MT swap, so I called up Colorado Driveshaft and they sent me a nicely refreshed 5MT shaft from our generation car. Fit right in perfectly. Hopefully in a few weeks itll be ready... I hope.
  13. I went from garbage 1pot to the 2 pots from an outback in our generation. Also did stainless braided flexible lines everywhere and flushed out the fluid. I ran hawk HPS pads all around, huge difference. Pedal feels great.
  14. every shop i talked to said the carbon fiber cannot be saved, too much sun exposure. Oh well. had it painted to match and the useless hood pins removed.
  15. will you install my intake eblow already. that torque box is so ugly lol
