Sound like some Bubbleheads I know. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.
How did you know? Veteran Navy submariner. SSBN 740 USS Rhode island

He may be an engineer but he sounds more like a scientist. Have to prove it wrong because you can't prove it right
Regardless. My intentions of this brake upgrade was simply because I like making things work. I'm actually going to try and make a new bracket to make them mount level to the center instead of slanted because I think it will increase inner wheel gap and assist with pass contact patch. I could be wrong. But I want to find out.
Yes I'll need bigger wheels. I already planned on them so why does it matter?
I just enjoy creating, and allowing others how I did it.

That's what mine look like so I know what mine will look like installed soon I take it. I don't have money for wheels and tires yet so that's on hold

Explain what this craziness is! ..... And where I can get one?

what we need is: 172-2586 & 172-2587
what I received was 172-2592 & 172-2593 (these are for the 2013-2015 XTS)
they are definitely bigger than the ATS version. the rotors and pads are the same though!
So now i wait till i receive the correct ones (hopefully soon) and I spoke with Amazon and they'll be issuing me a refund for the wrong ones even though I had them well beyond their return and refund window!
the bracket works honestly. If i had bigger rotors it would've worked.
Just so you know the Cadillac part numbers are:
RF 22760031
LF 22760030
Just got mine and they were stickered as such. Cross referenced to triple verify. All good

VDO is a brand of gauge.
They seem to be good quality low frill gauges. I believe all of them are threaded, but I will take some measurements later for you.
VDO is the manufacturer of most semi truck gauges from factory

Looks like my shipment has been pushed ahead. Going to be here Friday or Saturday. I'll post up some photos when they are here

Just checked on shipment since I hadn't received a message yet. Amazon isn't sending them until may 28th.... What kind of crap is that?

M actually curious about how to change the pads on one of these. And also it my hoses have to be custom made....

How thick is that spacer?
Not sure. Going to have to wait till the first of May to order that part sadly.... But I'm going to mock them up and see what all I need for this to clear OEM six spoke lgt wheels

Ordered! "D I'll keep you guys updated. I made sure to verify the party numbers and check in on everything before the order. I even bought the hardware kit just in case.

subed. If they fit OEM 17" wheels, would be amazing. A little confused that the adapter kit page says '13-15 ATS calipers, '04-07 CTS-V pads.. Are the pads of different thicknesses, and that's why '13-15 ATS pads won't work? Or are the CTS-V pads better material?
I'm more worried about rotors than anything

Already got them in my cart. Going to check my finances and pick them up. Next month I'll grab the brackets and see what else I need to finalize this. I'll let you all know my progress with it as well

Anyone know anything about the lights for the center console knobs? I have three of them that have gone out but I'm completely terrified of opening this up and breaking something else in the process...

Stock 5 SPD transmission? Broken is preferred as I'm going to use it for rebuilding practice.
