OK so mysteriously 3 days later I have control of the HVAC and the radio again. I am just gonna have to keep an eye on it, not gonna take it to the dealer till it does it again cause they can never find an intermittent problem.

Add me to the list for this. I can turn my radio on/off but can't change the channel(its stuck on an awful station too), no other functions respond. I can not turn the HVAC off or change any settings other than the temp. Even after restart, it continues to malfunction.
