  1. Just wanted to pass on another iPod tip...iPod's are not known for having loud volume (cuz the guvment has to protect our ears, ya know)...so bump the volume up on your entire iTunes library by 10-15%. iTunes does a great job of cranking up the volume without creating any clipping or distortion. After you do this and play it back in your car, you will get much better sound especially on any bass parts of the music. Try it, it really works well. Remember to use full volume too. You won't have to turn it up on the head unit as much.
  2. Another shout out to Jazzy! this setup works great and was fairly easy to install. with the MT I had the radio pulled in like 8 minutes. Did not remove center console. The only time consuming part is disasembling the radio. Entire job done in maybe 60-75 minutes without rushing. Instructions were pretty clear. Sounds awesome, much clearer than any FM modulator out there (even hardwired ones which I had in my 03 outback). Thanks again for your time and effort on this project, and especially keeping the price point very reasonable.
