Mine seems to do the exact opposite, gets a weird white powdery buildup on the dash and any other pieces made from what seems to be the same material. Easy to clean off but just seems rather odd. Comes back a few weeks after cleaning
Same here.
I've tried cleaning with soapy water and applying 303 protectant, that lasted a a few weeks but I'm back to that weird matte kinda milky coating which wipes off with a microfibre.

might be handy, these are the bulbs from a 2007 JDM BP5 Legacy GT...
*note, the normal festoon bulbs (map lights, door/puddle lights etc) also fit in the vanity bulb sockets (you don't have to run the smaller factory size as shown in the image below)

I had good success filling in some dash cracks from a previous owner's gauge install with this stuff called Sugru...
