I want something for the cream-colored cloth seats in my Legacy, but I'm not sure if I want to pay a ton of money for something that won't work well or will just look tacky...worse, something that will stain the cloth seats when i take them off some time in the future!

I hear you and I understand. These were made by Mastercraft. I got these used but they were pretty much in good working condition with no tears or spots. I got them for $30 and he paida little over $250. Mastercraft does make good seat covers. These are my first-ever that I have owned that are not from Walmart or Target or some auto parts store. I looked into wet okole. But Mastercraft uses a strap and buckle system where it goes under the seat in behind it to snap it and tighten. It's pretty good. it doesn't match my color scheme but for $30 I could not pass it up. I have the black interior but the seat covers are black and tan. I'll send pics as soon as I can

  2. Happy SubieSunday and Easter fellas and chicas. lol. I got a Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator installed to go along with my Nameless 5". It definitely minimized, but not removed it entirely, the drone within the cab. Before the resonator, i didnt like the drone inside the cab after installing the Nameless 5" CBE. It did sound good at certain RPM's, of course, but i knew i could clean it up. The Vibrant Res helped out and i appreciate the sweet sounds. If i were to do another performance mod, i would want to do some custom headers (i know, you cant get a lot of power out of the 2.5 for our legacy's, but i guess im going for "sound" if thats a thing. lol. I will be upgrading my HK sound system with something better. stay tuned. Let me know if you guys want a clip of the nameless&vibrant setup.
  3. Ordered the STI JDM Subaru Legacy front lip, It will take several weeks to get it.

I ordered the front cherry under rubber from SMY, it arrived two days ago...

Total spent? Close to $800, it better add 300hp! :D

Next thing to order is the rear spoiler lip, could get it for cheap, I am not sure how I feel about the rear spoiler, I think it looks nice, but I also like the current clean look of the back of the car.

Nice. yes, the 300hp is there. You may not feel it though. haha

  4. Nope, there is 0 orange peel. It might look like it from

The picture due to the sun going down. I found that 3M films have an orange peel.

Avery Dennison makes awesome vinyl wrap products.

Ive had the opportunity to try 3m and avery dennison. Although both have good adhesion, i think i like avery just a little more bc its easy to remove if i want to reposition and its easy to work out the small wrinkles. Or...maybe im just a noob with vinyl applications.

  5. I might agree on the Soap Choice yes a little overkill.. But for their Polishes, Sealer and Wax their on point.. Plus I get miltary discount thats alw always a good benefit.. Aksi l like their Tire Gel.. Doesn't make it too shiny but also dries to the touch on about 5 minutes after applied and doesn't spin off..

Military discount always a good thing. I remember the days shopping at 32nd NEX and MCRD.

  6. Test fitted Stanza Grill from HKC-Speed. Nice and snug fitment. Currently running without emblem at the moment, but i MIGHT put it back. I am custom fabbing the same style grill pattern for the bottom grill so I will post pics soon once i finish the front. Will be adding also a mesh screen between the main grill and radiator to protect the radiator from debris and what not. Its hardly noticeable.
  7. I installed Whiteline Front Roll centre/bump steer - correction kit (KCA313). Pretty much i replaced the outer tie rod,and lower ball joint. I confirm it fits on 2015 2.5. It took me about 3 hours to do. I took it for a spin after an alignment and I can feel the difference. Over bumps, small potholes, and little dips, my steering wheel does not veer off center as it did prior. At taking turns, it has a little less sway, or I feel I have a little more contact with the road than before. All in all, im happy with this install. I'm sure down the road I would have to change the outer tie rod anyway. Plus, the kit was a gift from a friend.
