  1. So black out the grill, but then add a bunch more chrome in other places? Not a fan of the combination, but I like the grill.
  2. I dipped my grill and wheels - held up over a year, but after multiple car washes (I think they may have used some kind of chemical bug remover) some of it started peeling. If you wash by hand (like I did all summer) it holds up well, but I have no place warm enough to do that all salty winter long.
  3. Had to have rear right replaced just a couple months ago - just before 50,000 miles. Was covered under warranty. Dealers didn't admit to any known issues (I talked to 5 different ones about it before I scheduled the appointment, but that's a different story).
  4. Standard PlastiDip Matte Black - 4 cans + predip spray - http://amzn.to/2giK9ZG There are instructions and videos on YouTube
  5. Just got these for winter - really didn't like now the factory tires handled in snow/ice last year. Original tires on left, new BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK WS80 in 225/60R-16 on right: MSW TYPE 85 by OZ in 16X6.5 more pics at http://goo.gl/photos/GZsA76gU6WeHEC1V6

  7. You can get over 40 if you stay under 55 ... My overall average at 46000 miles is 30
  8. I'm at 38K - (build date also March, 2015) - I have only had one time that I have had to add oil between changes, that was after driving home from Florida to Michigan through the mountains in March. I think I may have been playing just a bit too much. Have had two oil changes since with no loss.
  9. I really babied it during for several thousand miles. Never over 3K RPM, even less until fully warm. No hard acceleration, etc. Current Odometer: 21382 miles First oil change at 999 miles miles driven between: 6000 miles Quarts added: 0 - less than 1/2 quart between changes driving style: usually easy, but occasional aggressive Full engine operating temp (sometimes, usually, almost always): almost always Lifetime mpg or L/100 km: 30.6 MLG after 21000 miles
  10. This is the one I ordered - http://www.subispeed.com/2015-subaru-sti/lighting/high-beams-drls/subispeed-drl-harness-for-boomerang-c-light-2015-wrx-limited-2015-sti#.VS2Qe13F-Qk - and it does work, but there are a few differences. It took my about 30 minutes to figure out all the details and get it working. [details here]
  11. I would love to read what you wrote about it. Can you refer me to your link. The subispeed.com link you posted is for the base & premium WRX but they now have a different one for the WRX LIMITED & STI which has the LED C-LIGHT similar to ours (taps into the pins on the light harness rather than replacing the LED like the origional harness does).
  12. I just ordered the WRX LIMITED / 2015 STI DRL HARNESS FOR BOOMERANG (C-LIGHT) from SUBISPEED - this version is for the LED C-LIGHT and from what I can see should work the same on the Legacy.
  13. did you ever get an answer on this? Any way to leave the switch in "Auto" and get the C LED to come on?
