  1. Other reason I don't want to mess with it is the DRL's going off when the turn signal is on so the turn signal is more noticeable with the DRL washing it out. That's a nice safety feature I don't want to lose. So we have to convince Im2cOol that he has to have CLED as the DRL without losing the turn signal DRL auto shutoff feature. He does all the work. I print it out and give it to the local shop to make it happen.
  2. Such as this discussion. No reason for a dual exhaust on Subaru's, it's added for appearance. And it looks nice, gives the car a more symmetrical appearance especially with the cutout so obvious on the single exhaust model.
  3. The dual exhaust is done PURELY for APPEARANCE. What you have after the APPEARANCE matters not.
  4. Chuckle...all dual exhausts are "fake" (there's no mechanical need for them) and are just done for the...ta da...APPEARANCE.
  5. Another connected exhaust pipe would not be functional as exhaust is currently at optimal specs. The car isn't symmetrical and the cut out calls attention to it. Probably a Subaru parts set for hanging the right side tailpipe.
  6. You do realize that factory dual exhausts are strictly cosmetic. Factory single or dual exhaust systems provide the same level of silencing and exhaust back pressure for the same engine. Subaru puts that exhaust cut out on the rear bumper. It's a vacuum that needs to be filled.
  7. I'd like to put a fake exhaust pipe were the cut out is just to make the car look symmetrical. Has anyone taken off the cutout and rigged up an extra Subaru factory pipe there?
  8. I'm missing a step. I'm told the C LED lights only come on when headlights or parking lights are on. I know they also come on just by themselves when car is started remotely with lights off. I get the disabling of the high beam DRL. How did you get the C LED to come on by itself as the DRL?
