If this actually came to be, I would probably keep buying shortblocks, trannys, and wheel bearings until I couldn't anymore to.keep this thing on the road lol I mean after flex fuel tune this thing would have everything I'd need.

I'm very interested, two caveats though; they don't appear to list a minimum required injector or fuel pump size but pending a reasonable price for a tune and fuel sensors, do u have any reason to believe 740 cc dws and Dw65c wouldn't allow me to run rich enough for lower quality "e85"?

 

Very interested the only reason I haven't done e85 is because I never wanted to go gas station hunting, but this would be awesome for sure.

I really like your set up....if only I had some extra skrilla...after college we'll c, what rpms are u hitting full boost with that turbo?how does it feel street driving?

After replacing a short block, rebuilding heads, replacing turbo, a couple tunes, and supporting miscellaneous parts; I think in the neghborhood of 11k.

 

Oh and the original price of car was 10,500. So all in, at least 22k.

I wanted some headers initially but the funds do not permit at the moment and from what i understand it wont make too much of a difference for my more modest whp goals but, we'll see i heard they sound pretty nice, even without the boxer rumble.

Friends, i have 2005 model year OBXT with stage 2 - COBB firmware + catless downpipe and tomei equal lenght headers.

Do the Tomei equal length headers come with a catless uppipe? If not, that might be my next bolt on before grabbing a bigger turbo.

Does anyone know the measurements of the exducer and inducer of say the vf40, vf52, bnr16g, bnr18g etc? I've seent a lot of pics side by side among these, dyno comparisons and flow rates as well but never these figures in particular.

I have one in my basement doing nothing but taking up space. PM me if you want it.

 

ha ha thanks man, but I was shopping for one while I was reading through threads and purchased a perrin tmic for 718.00, I'll post some pics of the final product after its installed. Who knows though depending on the looks and fitment of the grimmspeed, and how the perrin performs, I may end up selling this one with only a few miles on it and trading it in for a grimmspeed since my tuner orders from them direct. I appreciate the offer though.

dam I want this thing really bad but cant wait til xmas to purchase. I have a gigantic leak on my stock tmic that is causing enough trouble that I feel I need to replace asap.
