I've experienced injector failures on my 2.5 turbo. Depending what they replaced during the engine swap you could start there.

I just disassembled my drivers door switch to fix issues. The actual contacts within the switch can get burnt from arcing. It takes a few small flat screwdrivers and a pick to get the locks to pop and split it to it's components. I just moved the metal rockers around to different locations after I scraped them off with a blade. DO NOT lose the small spring that holds the window disable switch in position.

So what else to do? Beat the ever loving shit out of it on the racetrack(s)
