After checking. They do differentiate... but they're out of stock.

From what other members have said on local FB groups it really depends on the SMOG Tech. But for safety's sake just drop the stock one in when it comes down to it. Which is what I'll do. I'm more interested in the Catted Downpipe anyway, Does rallysportdirect differentiate between MT and AT Downpipes?

Is a Cobb AP necessary? Is there a way to have the ECU just remapped?

Will do! I wasn't aware that there was a difference between MT Downpipe and AT downpipes as well...Should i just order from rallysportdirect?

Hello, I'm in the middle of rebuilding my engine and was wondering what the differences for an aftermarket downpipe are in terms of it being Catted or Catless. I'm in CA and I was told that regardless of the pipe, I would have to remove the aftermarket one and add my old one. Does anyone have any answers to either question? Any help appreciated thanks!

Hey All. My engine has hit 210K miles. Currently, I'm certain that one of my head gaskets is leaking or something to that extent. I can see some sort of residue on the outside of one of the heads where the spark plug goes. I'm thinking that I might as well rebuild the whole engine. I have a short block case from a 14 STI with rods and crankshaft. Should I just go with stock Pistons? I'm not looking to push power. It's a DD that sees about 40-50 miles a day. I'm looking at Possibly a nice tune with a VF52 and mostly mods for longevity. What else would you recommend? Another ask would be; does anyone know a good local mechanic who can show me how to do this in the Nor-Cal area? I would want to be part of the process of the rebuild. And I am able to pay. If you have any suggestions or info please let me know or shoot me a PM. - Cris

@Gex I've seen a bunch of those Double Din Setups on Amazon/Ebay. Do they work well? or did you get it from another place?

If you don't mind me asking where did you get the Middle console with the Sport# knob? I have an 07 and want to replace mine Beautiful build btw. The few threads that I see here on the forums make me feel like there's still hope for mine.
