-
"i have 30k miles on mine. maybe i have the least mileage of them all??...lol"
not quite,my 05 wagon has around 22,500 miles on her.

Always good to be 1 of 97. SWP GT wagon 5eat unltd.
And everybody knows the Unlimteds were the fastar right out of the box:p
until those damn spec Bs came along .They have always been the fastararest.

Thanks fr the heads up.

"So for my own edification and sans the limited model LGT wagon, just what was the mission of the non-limited wagons and sedans...
That's what I'd like to know...simply lower cost or were they (as I suspect) introductory (experimental) models for 2005?"
Same car ,no leather(I've had leather and as many people I don't like it,),more headroom, lower cost, less weight then the LTD. etc.
Mite wanna rethink the experimental opinion.

<<< 1 of 95, SWP unlimited 5eat.
A rare collector piece.

There is no reasoning with him, trust me on this. Just like someone would do with a psychopath yelling and running around saying that the world is going to end tomorrow, just look straight and then move along.
Dead on Harry.
If he likes Evos so much why didn't he buy one instead of the GT.Plus he claims that the Evo motor is soo much better then the STi.
What the hell does he think is under the hood of his GT? It's a detuned STi motor.
He needs to go back to the Sentra crowd.

It sounds like right now the Cusco's would be a safer option than the Cobb, and I would guess similar performance. My question is, does anyone know if the Cusco's will fit on an Outback?
Good question,,start a thread and ask.
-
Great writeup. I was contemplating the Cobb set, but I think I will go the Cusco route as there seems to be no issues with them so far.
Ding ding ding! winnah! The Cusco sways havent had any problems from day one.

^ +1 a lot of thought went into this.

This just off the wire!!! Summit Racing has just announced a new product...
"High Performance Racing Washers" available in your choice of colors and widths.
All aluminum fr weight saving is an added bonus plus all edges have been bead blasted and beveled fr just the right look. Our wind tunnel testing shows these to be MUCH better performance wise then your local hardware store mild steel washers.
Available in most sizes up to 1/2 inch.
10 to a box @$14.95 each"
Hog,you better call your lawyer,I smell a lawsuit here.
I was waiting fr paint to dry

to me and other purist out there sound is a bi-product of performance.
so if you have enhanced the performance of your car the sound comes naturally.
if you have enhanced your sound to represent performance you are a poser and that=Rice:icon_bigg
Example
"hey that exhaust sounds great. what kind is it?"
this is were you either lie and say "it's a SPT or STI" or you tell the truth
"i put some washers in the exhaust flange to create a leak, cool huh."
this is were most purist will stop talking to you and walk away thinking rice-boy...
There is a very fine line between a purist and a elietist.

/\/\/\ your kidding right??

I did the stg 1(1 washer) Hogmeat mod on a full catless system.
Waaay to loud fr me,plus I have a wagon,,can you say droooooone.
No more washers:lol:
-
The Home Depot fastener aisle has always been a hotbed of new and creative ideas for modding your ride.
If you do this mod,,make sure you buy stainless washers,ya don't wont those babys rusting on ya:lol:
The Hog strikes again,,well played.

Captain Obvious(me) knows the 17 inch 04 Factory STi(silver or gold) rims fit.
The gold looks very nice on a white vehicle and if you upgrade to Brembro brakes they will fit under the rims with no problems.

sorry, no pics

Why this thread has attracted all this attention is beyond me.
My 1st question would be ,WHY do this swap???
I think Frankster has tooooo much time on his hands or has an extreme case of Canuck ADD.
