This might be a long shot, but does anyone have the V3 stage 2 map saved somewhere?
I updated to the V4 and since have had issues with the car throwing the "Low catalyst efficiency" code. I contact Cobb and they informed me that they are no longer supporting the stage 2 and 3 OTS tunes and to find someone local to tune the car.
Has anyone else had this issue? I am running the Nameless divorced downpipe, but never had it throw a code with the V3.
I have not swapped the downstream O2 sensor yet, as I found the timing of it all to be too convenient.

Intake cam spins clockwise
Exhaust cam spins counter-clockwise
When doing the timing, put new water pump in and the idler pulley on the left of it on, align the driver side cams to the timing case marks. Set up the crank to the correct spot, attach the new tensioner(do not remove pin).
Now mark up the timing belt to the crank and carefully wrap it around the tensioner and both cams and with keep tension, around the water pump and idler pulley, this’ll help keep that side stay aligned while you finish the other side.
I’ve tried many methods and this seems to help me.

Just to clarify, are those the directions the cams need to be rotated, or are those the directions they likely spun and need to be rotated back the opposite directions in order to get everything lined up?

So i'm going to start off by saying i am a moron and trusted a plastic parts store loaner cam locking tool......
With that being said, when going to replace my timing belt and water pump the cam lock on the drivers side bank broke and the cams rotated. I have no idea which direction they rotated, and can only estimate as where they were based off the marks on the gears.
Does anyone have a way to ensure proper cam timing, without doing serious disassembly?

Have you done any testing on the cooling abilities of the new Grimmspeed TMIC for the 15+ WRX that fits our cars?
I know a custom FMIC would cool better, however, for those of us lacking the skills to fabricate one would the WRX TMIC be a worthwhile upgrade?

Im in the market for a clutch and am leaning towards the stg 2 Southbend, but I am curious if anyone running a southbend stg 3? If so how does it compare?

They're awesome, only had them on for about 50 miles. Definitely stiffer but not too jarring. Lowered the car quite a bit, just waiting to take it out this weekend and throw it into some corners to see how it really handles. So far no binding or popping either.

Fortune 500's w/ swift springs 7k/6k along with a 22mm whiteline RSB
Also probably a stupid question and I haven't seen anything, but are there any other supporting mods needed to do coilovers? I don't believe there are just want to be sure i'm doing it right the first time around. Thanks

As this will be my first coilover install, any pointers and or suggestions as to settings?
-
Will do, I went with 7k/6k spring rates because i'm looking into doing auto-x. But Somezero seemed to be very happy with his. I should be back stateside in a couple weeks and will let y'all know.
-
Fortune 500's ordered, sway bar, shifter bushing w/ washer have already been delivered, and waiting on downpipe to ship. Then I just need to get back to the states and have a day in the garage.
-
Being as it is a Colorado car, i'll have to take a look once I get back stateside. If needed the kartboys seem to be the favorite. Suggestions/experience with them or others?
-
Also getting ready to order a whiteline 22mm RSB. Is it worth it to do endlinks as well or go just for the sway bar. A lot of guys seem to be running stock, but quite a few have upgrades. Opinions?
-
Awesome, thats primarily what im looking for is owners experience with them. Although I am leaning more towards the fortunes. As this is my first real dive into suspension that isn't lifting the vehicle. Do you believe the camber plate and radial bearing upgrades are worth it or not. I know that the swift spring upgrades are a must, but I am unsure about the others.
SomeZero, what spring rates are you currently running?
-
Thanks, after reading through the wealth of knowledge in this forum everyone seems to be pretty happy with their setup. But seems like the Tarmacs are favored for performance and quality, and the Fortunes are favored for price and adjustability. Just trying to hear more specifics from owners that have had them.
-
Alright thoughts and opinions on Tzero's vs. Fortune 500's w/ swift spring upgrade. Personal experience with either would be appreciated. Trying to get my parts list nailed down so I can get started as soon as I get back state side.

Good to know about the RSB. That seems to be a very popular mod. As for the autox this is the first car i've had that I could actually use for this type of event. I grew up with old v8's and pickups so this is something very foreign to me, and i'm just trying to get my feet wet. But I can't seem to leave well enough alone so stock is not an option.
-
It's mainly a daily driver, but I do enjoy tearing through the hills on the weekends and have started looking into autox but am still unsure about that.
-
I have read through it, and there is a wealth of knowledge here. Just trying to get an idea of what works and what doesn't as there seems to be some difference in opinions.

Alright guys I bought my LGT back in November and haven't done much with it other than cat back exhaust and a Cobb AP. I live in Colorado and really enjoy tearing through the mountain roads. Looking for advice on what I could/should do with the suspension to really be able to throw it into the corners. Thanks for any help.
