^ good point hopefully it pops up for you soon, I just had a P0457 ... oops .. (Loose gas cap)
-
yeah you can just order a new injector, they are about 95 bucks or so .. I have had all 4 go bad on my car at some point, the last time I had all 4 replaced again with a used set of STi injectors ..
Yeah my car would idle really rough .... You could always switch it back to see if it helps ...
-
No I don't think so ... when one of my injectors was going bad, it took like 2 weeks for the damn code to come on
-
I would swap the injectors to find out if the code does move, if it doesn't it could be a bad coil pack too ..
-
The dealer told me it was a bad "plug" too, of course they replaced it and it didn't fix anything. But, it might for you
-
Just be careful with the coil pack plug, I broke the little tab off of one oops ... anyone have a spare wire harness? heh.
-
If that's the case, that's awesome!
-
I guess the question I have, is, does this JDM bezel, allow you to get an aftermarket radio, etc?
-
So you still would need your stock US radio for this to work? I am confused ...

I do have another picture, but its at home, all 4 plugs looked like this actually .. I'll take a group picture of them tonight ... yes I put in 1 step colder plugs. My car ran a bit rich at first when I was done, since I had to re-flash my TDC Stage 2 real-time map back on .. but once the ECU learned things again the car runs like it did before. I want to say the butt dyno says things feel better ... but I have been easy going since my throw-out bearing is going. I can really hear it now when I push the clutch pedal in ... so the car is staying at work for a couple of days till I can take the car into the shop.
-
Yeah I think that was from my previous tune that I was running .. I was pulling timing like crazy ... I am now running the TDC Stage 2 tune and things are much smoother, I was pretty happy with how they looked after 70k miles too now .. I just need to pray for my throw out bearing to stay intact until my clutch gets replaced on Thursday.

So here is a picture of one of the spark plugs that I took out.

I think they are around 90 bucks or so, contact kingofparts they can hook you up.
Btw, I did this today, changed the plugs out for 1 step colder ... I made a booboo though, the plug that plugs back into the coil pack. I broke the little tab off ... oops. I called subaru, and they only sell the whole engine wiring harness ... like 300 bucks ... so I wrapped the plug in black tape .. it seems to be pretty snug ... so time will tell I guess ... I need to find a junked car and cut the plug off
-
I'll be tackling this tomorrow with help .. (a buddy has more tools than I) .... +1 colder plugs here I come! I'll take picture of the stock plugs afterwards, will be interesting to see what almost 70k spark plugs look like. Wish me luck!!!!!
-
Same thing has happened to me ....
-
The sound will change once you change your "pipes" ...
-
I think mine is in here somewhere, but anyway ...
Kyowa Racing KR206's 18x7.5 in hyper black, I believe the offest is 45.

Well my fans are fine, but I got the recall notice too... waiting for the dealership by my house to get the new relays in stock. They better not replace/relfash my ECU!!!!
-
Very impressive ... GB?! ha .. j/k ... I can't wait for TDC to come out with their creation ....
-
I put my real gas mpg down too, but of late, I have been doing heavy freeway driving and have been getting close to 22 .. (computer is showing like 23.4-23.7). I am running stage 2 as well.
