Just ordered up a Yeti Sb-66 to replace my aging Santa Cruz Butcher. Pretty stoked to try out the switch linkage. Hope it climbs better then the Santa Cruz.

 

Lots of good riding right now in Washington. I even plan on dusting off my Demo 8 for a Whistler trip and some lift access here locally at Stevens Pass.

I have a cat eye and strava. Strava I use to push me more on some days.

Hey I've got that same bike, picked it up last fall and absolutely love it! Done any upgrades?

Not yet only been out 3 times so far this year. Weather here has been horrible. Def getting new bars, dropper post and making it a 2x10. I love the bike though. It just moves so smooth through the single tracks..

I would rock a 26er for that riding personally. Def take a 29er for a spin to see how you like it. Everyone is diff. When I took my reign out for the 1st time I beat my personal strava times from my 29er bike with no extra effort. Just flowed better imo.

I have a giant reign 2 26er and also a specialized hard rock 29er. I personally like both wheel sizes for different areas. When I go to more of a dh riding area I like the reign. But if it's more rooty and long flat rides I will bring the hard Rock out. 26er are Def more agile around turns and tight areas. Ground clearance on the 29er is awesome.
