Entire brake system has been fully and thoroughly bled.

Success!!!
I found a replacement modulator assembly at a local wrecking yard for $75 and installed it so the leak is gone. However, the problem I was experiencing with the anti lock breaks releasing brake pressure under normal braking conditions is still happening. I called the Subaru dealer and they said their computer can only diagnose if there is a fault code and the abs warning light is on, which it is not. This is a problem.

I have a complete ABS unit out of my 97 OB for sale
It has the exact part number shown in my original post, is fully functional, and has no leaks? If so, how much?

Probably one or more fittings have developed pinholes. You need to find out which and replace those lines. There may be enough room to cut and flare the fittings, but a closer exam will tell you.
O.
If you look at the first picture I have an arrow pointed where the leak is happening. It is on the anti lock brake 'modulator' (I think that is what it is called)

On my 95 Legacy 2.2L Auto Sedan we have been having to add quite a bit of brake fluid. We also have had lots of problems with the anti lock brakes releasing break pressure on one or more wheels even under mild braking events. At this point the fuse has been pulled on the anti lock brakes because they were getting dangerous. When my daughter took the car to her local mechanic (she is at college 6 hours away from me) they told her the brake master cylinder was leaking fluid in to the brake booster. There is no evedence of this what so ever. The fluid is leaking on the anti lock brake unit itself. Picture below.
My questions are: Can the fluid leak be fixed or should I find a replacement anti lock brake manifold and, once fixed or replaced do you think this will solve the anti lock brake release problem?
(Please don't suggest I somehow remove the anti lock system entirely. My 19 year old daughter who goes to college in a snowy/icy town and her highly protective mother will never sign off on that. The whole reason for this car is the awd and anti lock brakes.)
