I would be checking the timing belt.

When I was working in the dealerships we used Locktight 5900 and we used the slim tube with a calking gun contraption. It was a Mercedes special tool I got for around $30 from the parts counter.
I have it hanging on my peg board, I can grab the P/N later if anyone is interested. Again this is what we used in the dealerships, and from what I understand is the same product used in the factory just smaller tubes.
I use one of the battery powered caulk guns (milwaukee) but if you have other brands of battery. $49 for a ryobi etc

I bought a denso brand form rockauto less than a 100 to the door.
I'm sure others have their favorite.

I usually install bolts finger tight or snug then take a pre measurement. Since the torque range is 55-65 and the difference in the torque wrenches. I would just sneak up on the stretch. Torque both bolts to 40-45 and check the stretch value. If low add 5 or 2 then recheck. Depending on the torque wrench you have you might be low or high on your wrench number to get the stretch. If all went well you should be around 60ish to get your stretch. Most use straight 30 weight oil not 5w30 etc. With a little practice be no problem
