Bump...still some items available!

Up for grabs I have a Fast Motorsports Front Mount Intercooler and a JDM Blitz Nur Spec R Axle back, Both items are Discontinued. The Blitz Nur's are loud! 4.5" tips, and bolt right up to the stock exhaust. They could definitely use a polish.
Will ship at the buyer's expense + PP fees in the CONUS.
FMS FM SOLD
JDM Blitz Nur Spec R's SOLD

Would you consider selling just the springs?
Sorry man, I'm not looking to do that. They are a good package deal!
-
Interested in the Tein springs, mileage on springs and struts? How much drop did you see with the Spec B Bilstein's? How would you characterize the ride compared to stock?
Seller stated anywhere from 35k miles to 55k miles. They were road tested and pulled from running cars in Japan.
I bought the Tein's new and had the setup on my car for 4 months, so I put approximately 4k miles on them before they were pulled from my car. Drop was like 1.5" and I had no issues with the ride quality.
Obviously big bumps and dips in the road were felt more than stock. Keep in mind that I had a ton of suspension upgrades on the car that tightened everything up. Hope that helps lmk if you want them.
-
Original owner claimed it had 40k miles on it. I put about 10k miles on it before it came off the car.
-
The car has been gone for going on 2 years now, and these parts have been sitting around. I have no problem shipping in the CONUS at your cost + PP fees. To look up shipping quotes, I'm in CT. 06483.

Beautiful Scenery !!! also must be a nice break from driving the Van.

These are the type of builds I like to read about. The vision, commitment, and attention to detail, not to mention the bank roll to see this project through is astonishing!!! Great work man!!!
Here I am struggling to find a decent set of side strakes ( outside of avojapan or japanparts.com) for my car!

I'm right here!
This ^
I have a 17 STI on flex fuel and fp blue (which Mike tunes), and I also just picked up a 08 Legacy 2.5i limited auto as a daily!

Congrats on the "New" 08 Bri! STI must seem even faster after driving around in the 08 for a while!

what happened to brian?
He left for undisclosed reasons, however his 2017 STI is tuned by Mike.

Sorry , these are two different readings. One from the OEM o2 sensor from the header, and the other from the LC2 wideband kit.
I monitor those parameters constantly on my AP. The wideband kit is configured to take the rear 02 input signal and convert it to volts, and yes volts increased with doing nothing other than swapping out my stock header for the Tomei ELH. Didn't mean to clog your thread, should of sent you a pm.
-
Hey Covert, I noticed right away after installing the Tomei ELH + up pipe that wideband reading at idle had increased from 2.5v to 2.8v ,while the o2 is hollding at stoich 14.7 I properly recalibrated the wideband and went as far as replacing the sensor. Nothing changed
Any ideas? care to look at any logs prior to swapping out the header and current ?
This is the wideband That I'm using:http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/tuning-alliances-wideband02-logging-kit-258451.html

Derp, need to hear more about this gang bang that led to the white wagon getting damaged, and Where were you when the Works got lifted?
-
CR, so what are your thoughts after installing the Tomei ELH and Up pipe?
forgive me if I missed it, but did you end up wrapping it?
Did you tweak your tune much after installing it?

Th3 franz- Yeah omni sensors are tricky and they can fail in such a way sometimes to where they make the ecu think it needs to dump a ton of fuel and hydro lock the engine....not good. There is a way to set the tune up to save that from happening but even still...not good for a part that should work lol
Dave
Dave- Is this your experience with ALL Omni sensors? or just with the 4Bar?
I have been considering the Omni 3Bar, not only out off necessity, but for the simple PnP factor.

Mike, I wanna come see you for street tune soon. The E-tune has been good to me. Just wanna dial it in.
Shell, I found that the best way to get a hold of Mike is through messenger on Facebook....That is of course if you are on Facebook.

Looking good derp! Would love that color on my sedan.

Well , I was back at it again this weekend! Headed up to Mike's for a Road tune and switching over to a full SD tune. Like I previously mentioned in the WDYD2Y4thGT thread, this is likely the stopping point power-wise with my Stock SB.
It's in good health and good hands with 26k miles on it since it was dropped into the car new.
This car was pretty damn quick before yesterday ( 320/320). By Mike's calculations we added another 20 to those numbers now. Overly impressed with the performance of the 71hta. This little turbo packs a punch!!!
Overall driveability is silky smooth, Mike never ceases to amaze me ,great guy and a great tuner!!!
Don't be the Guy that settles for a intake and a OTS tune. Give Mike a call you most certainly won't be disappointed!!!!

Bump
Just finished this installation, and I couldn't agree more about "the newly found precision in the steering input" as quick4dr put it.
I test drove on the HW and back roads and the difference was felt immediately. I'm very happy with this modification!
The steering slop has been eliminated, connection with the car has been enhanced, and the installation was breeze... maybe 15 minutes from start to finish.
