  1. yea def should have gone to a subaru dealer for this...would have 100% covered up to 100k miles. Ask me how I know
  2. honestly man, coming from someone who loves his legacy, you bought the wrong car! our car is a huge boat and short of engine swapping or fully building the engine/tranny, youre not going to get a lot of power out of it
  3. mine are just ziptied to the headlight harness yes
  4. I have internally regulated bulbs for my brakes so I have never had any issues
  5. if they list it as fitting the 05-15 outback, one would have to assume it lso fits the 10-14 legacy just messing but yes, it fits!
  6. TapTurn DOES fit our cars...thats what I have but yes, its expensive. I bought it for the strobe features
  7. just buy a replacement flasher relay that goes under the dash thats made for LEDs...that way you can replace any and all bulbs in your car w led without any issue. Also Lasfit makes high quality leds that are internally regulated so no resistor required. I have every bulb on my legacy inside and out replaced w leds for well over 4 years with no issues
  8. the 5th gen 3.6r had a "normal" auto, not cvt
  9. not HPS but I have the injen intake and have had it on the car for 7+ years. You wont have an issue, you wont have any power gains, you do not need a tune for an intake
  10. no theyre the same...our DRL/high beam are 9005 and thats whats in the OP's link as well our low beams are a diff bulb type if thats what you mean. I also run vleds in my DRL like corey
  11. yahoo japan auctions...same place corey got his. roughly $575 shipped
  12. without question one of the best in the business
  13. not for anything but you can buy just a replacement led bulb too
  14. great work but looks way too aggressive for a stock car IMO
  15. hope you didnt pay any extra for "special appearance" headlights...literally ever 13/14 legacy has these lights. Nothing "special" about them
  16. started adding my new LED tails...one of the outer ones is broken so it will look like this until that gets fixed....digging it already! Also added some undercar leds bc my inner 90s tuner wanted them so this is how she sits currently
  17. i have a resonator delete and dual vibrant mufflers on mine...2013, 110K miles and still very easily get 30-35mpg
  18. the "expensive" led kits are desgined to make use of the mirrors and reflective patterns of a halogen projector unlike the cheap amazon crap...really just a preference between HID and LED. in my experience, HID will shine further down the road and provide more actual useable light but an LED kit will be much brighter directly in your foreground. It will still shine further and brighter than a halogen but ever so slightly less than an HID. a proper led kit will be a negligible differnce from LED IMO
  19. ive run led and/or HID in my low beams for about 6 years with no dust caps...never an issue w condensation or anything
