I have two Retro-Quik kits from The Retrofit Source for sale. Its projectors and adapters only for both kits, but I have some other bits as well. Prices don't include shipping. I can wipe things down with a clorox wipe or whatever if you feel more comfortable. I'm near UW campus, so I can do local handoff in this area.
1: Was in and out of the headlight housing a few times, and shows a bit of wear on the projector body and the adapter plates. The lenses are good. I tested the solenoids, and they're good too. This set has the upgraded bulb holders installed. I managed to lose both an original screw and an extended screw, so there are only 11 total of each. Sealant included: SOLD
2: Effectively new in box, I think I had the adapters out once to compare to the other set I had. Never mounted. Sealant included: SOLD
Sealant: GONE
I have 9006 splitters, so you can power the solenoids in the projectors, if you want: SOLD
I also have a set of 55w, 5500k h1 HID bulbs, ballasts and a dual relay wiring harness from DDM: SOLD
Bulbs available ^: $10
90mm Switchback LED halos. They were mounted up once, but don't appear to have any wear: SOLD
Amber corner lights, in case you want to go clear corners, but the lights need to be yellow *shrug*: SOLD
Gas struts I snagged off RockAuto that I never installed: $10
GrimmSpeed Master Cylinder Brace ('05-'07 GT, non-vdc): SOLD

Spring seats upside down?

I might be able to help you, depending. I have an 05 lgt sedan that hit on the passenger front side. The driver side is reasonably intact.
You want the suspension or the knuckle and its related pieces?
Yep, I busted a couple bolts in the knuckle getting mine apart.
Edit: sent you a pm

Anyone in/around Seattle have a parts car I could take most of the drivers front suspension off of? I need the housing, hub and bearing, carrier and calilper and assorted fasteners.
If available, I might take all the rear brake hardlines as well...
I kinda need to take it tomorrow, if at all possible.
Edit: 4th gen wagon.

I am interested in a full swap. I have full black leather in my Outback XT 05, 115k, great condition and I want tan leather.
My location: Portland, OR
Did you ever find someone to swap with? I have tan leather in a '05 GT Wagon and might be interested in a swap. The carpet isn't perfect, and there are a handful of plastic bits that are beat up, but if you're interested, I can take some pics and we can chat about it.
Edit: I'm in Seattle

You can mark me down for a kit if you spin more up.

That's what I get for not checking. Thanks guys.
Edit: If I want to get new crush washers, what should I be looking for?

Any chance I could get an install doc or something? I bought a used kit, and want to review before I slap it on. Not sure I've got all the bits and bobs, either, so it wouldn't hurt to double check.

+1.
Either way, I think it's dealer-only. It was only like $7 though.

I recently did an axle (found a torn boot when I was doing a wheel bearing), and while O'Reilly had an axle that worked, they didn't have a seal, and neither did Autozone when I swung by. O'Reilly have an "Output shaft seal" which is side specific, but it isn't the right seal. Ended up getting a seal from a buddy who runs a shop for $7.

They were the recommendation I found on this site at the time I bought them. It appears there's a better choice now:

These will work, but it sounds like there's a bit of adjustment to make them fit.
