  1. Pulled three codes today on my ls wagon

    22-knock sensor

    33-vehicle speed sensor

    35-canister purge solenoid.

Would anyone be able to tell me where I could find the vss that goes into the passenger side of the tranny, I looked on the web but I only see the whole part that plugs into the speedo which doesn't work. When I removed it from the trans and popped the clip off a piece of the cable and the reed fell out so I'm assuming that is the part I need only thing is that its a separable piece and I'm hoping I can just purchase that part so I don't have to remove the cluster.

  2. Lol, ill tell you my color though, mine is silver right now but I'm going to spray a white toner and I'm going battleship heat, going to widebody it so I can fit 17x9's -30's flush. I'm with you on the excitement level, the plus is that work at a vw tuning shop and I'm going to rip all of them a new one, they always screwing with me because I like Japanese wagons.
  3. Got my trans back into place after a cleaning and spliced in another oem radio and speaker harness

after some punk ripped my radio out..put the center console and everything back together as well. Got a motor stand and getting ready to put my motor back together finally in hopes of driving itbthe auto x season opening in march here. Still have to replace the stem seals and put valves in a head, but secured all my gaskets seals and fluids this weekend.

  4. Took all my stuff out of cryo-treat and blend and polished the intake and exhaust ports on the heads of the 22e. Right now I'm removing a little bit of casting from the intake runner exits going to polish those with an 80 grit flapper on my die grinder. Can't believe how uneven the castings are going into the heads. Also polished my valve covers, they look mighty blingy..don't know if i like it yet. Looking for a 25d block to finish all this work off hopefully will be able to finish in April.
