Nice!
What kind of wood did you use? I have to fully reside my house soon and the prices of Redwood and Cedar are kind of scary (given what I paid for the house and the neighborhood).
Its just fine. The siding that was on the house was very expensive clear fir, but its almost impossible to get now. We just used pine because it was cheaper, and once it was painted you cant tell any difference.

Well I still have it in my garage in boxes. The dump fee is $200 per ton and I have about around ton, plus about $50 for bags. so not too bad.

Nice work. Did you do the removal yourself or did you use an abatement company?
I did it all myself. It was a pain in the ass but we'll worth it. The worst part is that you have to put the siding in these special bags but it pokes right through the bags. So I had to put it all in cardboard boxes then I have to put the boxes in the bags.

I have been super busy in the last month. Im moving to PDX before the end of the year, and I had to finish my house so I can get it on the market:

-Before was 2-30" hollow-core doors with 15" single pane sidelights.
-After is a 42" (2.25" thick) hand-built solid oak door with 18" casement style sidelight windows.
Very nice. Much much better.

Complete minus a little bit of trim work which is done now.
I dont have any updated pictures with all the finish trim and paint, but at least you get an idea. Next up is a complete gut and remodel of the bathroom, then the interior will be 100% done. Then we are going to remove the old asbestos siding and put new siding up, paint it and we will be done

I have been doing lots an lots on my house. I got this house for practically nothing but i have run into nothing but problems with it. Its a tiny place but with the deal I got on it, I should be able to sell it in a couple years and make a decent little profit on it, then move on to the next house. Here are a few things I have done to it in the past year and a half.
