Washed the wagon.

For a dual set up for a 2.5i, you will need your local exhaust shop to weld on a exhaust hanger on the side that didn't have a muffler. GT and 2.5i exhaust parts are interchangeable up to the mid pipe because the exhaust headers are different. Don't go too big in diameter as you'll end up losing back pressure. The biggest I'd go in diameter is 2.5 inches, iirc stock is 2.25 inches.

Finally mounted some tyres on these rims I had lying around. Got lazy and took the easy and risky way out by running staggered.

You would be better off with these. Stay away from drilled rotors, even for the street.

If you have to have fancy looking rotors, do these, DBA is quality. I have the T3 on my rear Brembo upgrade.

Could I ask why you should stay away from drilled rotors for street use? What about slotted (slitted?)?

Haha, I made that thread. I wonder though, if the Gen 6 parts can be swapped over to the Gen 5 without any major modifications like the one in my thread. Gen 6 has 114.3 hubs instead of 100.

Will anything from a Gen 6 fit our Gen 5s?

Ah, looks like US and JAP share the same side skirts.

 

Probably some roll center adjusters and maybe lower rear control arms? I thought he may have replaced the doors because i thought the cladding would have had an indentation where the cladding would stick on to, I guess not lol

Legacy Front quarter panel? Looks like the cladding is on the front panel as well on an Outback

And the obvious suspension mods to lower it.

 

Would installing the Sedan wheels on an Outback put off the speedometer reading since they're completely different in size?
