  1. Thank you orndog, sweet pics. It looks perfect in the shadows, but in the sun, its still a bit too light for me.. im really leaning towrd 20%. A friend at work has 15% on her silver legacy 13', and while it looks good on her car, i feel it might be too dark for my SWP... Ugh my baby's still at the dealer.. missing her :/

I have 20% on my SWP and it's perfect. Roll with it.

  2. Thank You. I am going to leave the RSB alone. The car is a lease and I really don't need it to handle or perform any better than the way it already is....

I am lucky enough to have another toy in the garage for that kinda stuff :)

If you think it feels and handles well now, the upgraded RSB makes a night and day improvement. Even for a lease, it is well worth the $90 and 30 minutes required to change it.

  3. You tinted the back window over the 3rd brake light? does the light shine thru, bc in NJ I might get a ticket or fail inspection for that? how is that working out...

No issues with tickets in the decade or so I've had tinted windows on my vehicles, but Kansas doesn't do any kind of inspection unless you buy a car from out of state and the police generally don't bug you about tint unless you give them a reason to.

Technically he still does have a third brake light because I believe he has an OEM spoiler which has the brake light built in. Also in NJ, I don't think you can fail for anything but emissions now, as that is all they inspect for.

    Yup, spoiler has a light.

  4. Sorry the install took so long, but I feel a lot better now that I'm not the only one who needed a lot more than "20 minutes" to get this done. It took me somewhere between 1.5-2 hours, and I was messing with the switch install for half of that. The screw that needed to come out of the dash was a little stripped, plus it took at least a half hour to get all of the little clips to release from that mirror switch. If you decide to put a larger rear sway bar on, that takes a lot longer than 20 minutes too, especially if the end link bolts are rusted.

My screw was off-angle, resulting in about 90 minutes of trying different things to get it to straighten before it came out. P.O.S.
