same kit i also used in mine. but heres a direct qoute from the place i bought them.
but you may not want to read since you dont want anyone elses help.
Not the case at all. On here to share ideas and get information. Was hoping Scott would chime in since he started this thread and I bought the lights from him. Never expected a lifetime guarantee. Just an idea of the life expectancy which you seem to of answered. 2500 hours should be good for 4.5 years if lights are on 1.5 hours a day.

Thought Scott(Illuminous Designs) might answer. Bought set of HIDs from him and just installed today. Think he used morimoto HIDs in mine. These thing are cool so would use as often as possible. Hadn't seen anyone with issues but maybe a pm would be best.

There is no guaranties as far as how long hids will last.
I suppose if you buy a set and they last a couple months your happy as a clam. Would not seek a replacement? Right:lol:

How long can the hids with the beauty rings be expected to last? Guaranties?

Maybe someone could drive by his house to see if he's ok. 3rd time tried to contact with no reply. Anyone else do lights?

Scott, want option 1. Cleared, HID with halo for my 05 wagon. Send me a PM with price and timeframe. Thanks in advance.

Tire cost, ride compliance and I'm not sure how I'd like the way the car sat with 18" wheels since I'm not planning on altering the suspension.
Fair enough. That dead cat gap in wheel wells looks better and seems to be more choices in the 18" and up range tho.

Same here...looking for something more subtle...sort of like the SpecB wheels, but in 17".
They look sharp on your car...and the finish is similar to the satin shine of the six-spoke OEM wheels that came with my car.
What size tires do you have?
225/40 18". why are you sticking to17"?

Those look nice, I like em.
Thanks. These TSW's are pretty light at 19lbs and "spin cast" which is supposedly better than gravity cast. 45 offset puts them even with fenders. Have spec b suspension so a bit lower than stock and never a rub.

Ok thanks...I actually have a set of MB wheels now...but they're a little beat up.
Question:
I like the style of the TSW Interlagos - but the offest is 45mm and the wheel is 8" wide. Would that pose a problem in terms of clearances anywhere? Would they extend too far out of the wheel well and rub the fenders?
I'm also wondering if they are TPMS compatible.
These are a bit shinier(not as bad as chrome) than I anticipated but great for the price and fit perfectly. Was looking for older spec b wheels and gave up.
