I have had my 20G TD06H Kinugawa for over a year about 7.2k miles on it now. Havent had one issue witht he turbo. I hit full boost around 3300 rpms. Pulls hard and takes a workload. I dont drive it like a grandma either. Any brand will have its up and downs.

Do you, by any chance, have any dyno charts or Power/Torque plots?
Ill find the dyno slip.. It was like 356/367on 90oct. Now I live in Ohio with better gas. Soon to be e85

Wow why haven't see this thread. I have had my Kinugawa 20gTD06 8cm for little over a year. I would recommend this turbo with no doubt. It is very simple installation except the inlet(because of Subaru). I hit about 23 psi at 3400 rpms. I love how it throws me back in my seat. Hopefully it will last a little bit. Worried though bc it might have seized but nothing to do with turbo. I'll keep you guys updated.

-No Nav23
Parts used:
- Appradio 2 ($320)
- Pioneer - Android Connection Kit for AppRadio 2 ($100)
- Bought my car a Samsung Galaxy Nexus 32GB ($100)
-JDM Twin HVAC Double Din adapter (JDM part #H6217AG911 from avoJDM Parts) ($440)
- SVX Dc parts (AE64.com)
(1) i88 adapter harness $20.00
(1) 14-pin forward harness $ 7.50

- Used the same 3M vinyl wrap chewee22 did but matted the finish (Amazon $23)
- cheap backup camera from ebay ($18)
Comments:
1. Need to finish the vinyl wrap on the shift boot console. Also learned when using vinyl in the car make sure you use "Cast" type vinyl so it doesn't shrink when it gets hot.
2. Also need to file those damn tabs down from the hvac unit, the gaps are driving me nuts.
3. Reinstalling the Kuda Mount for Accessport, but instead going to use it for the galaxy nexus.
Y was it 440? Men was only 359 shipped to Alaska.

I'm Back, After going stage 2 with the catless up/dp the car was to loud without mufflers. So I put them back on about this time last year. Couple of months ago I put a vf52 on the 05 wagon and had the car dynoed and tuned. I didn't have a gaskets between the mufflers and Mid pipe. I had a small leak there. So now at 21psi with the new turbo, I decided to put 2 washers on each bolt in between the mufflers and Mid pipe to stop the little leak.
Car sounds much better now.
My 09 Spec B at stage 1 still has no mufflers. It sound great too.
Using the 1/2 impact gun, the nut's come off the bolts before you can pull and release the trigger. Air tools are great.
Exactly.

is there a link to walkthrough to gut the cats from down pipe?
