Chaplin's did mine. Dash has been a creaky mofo since return and still annoyed that they managed to unplug my boost and wideband gauges installed in the cubby.

Action did the machine work on my heads and block years ago when I had to rebuild with assembly completed at home with the help of a couple friends. In regards to quality the rebuilt motor has seen 100k of daily driven miles on a forged build with zero issues.

Preferred place for alignments? I know this has been asked here before, and I remember the Redmond Firestone being mentioned, but that was years ago, and now in 2017 I actually need an alignment. Somewhere on the south side of Seattle would be awesome.
In my DSM days I used Omni Brake and Alignment in Kirkland ( http://www.omnibrake.com/ ). They were easy to work with and would even align to requested specs if that was possible with your setup. It's been years since I've been in the area but would be willing to give them a shot again.
