Ur not missing anything. Id rather not have it. But now not with that black hole in the bumper where the cover used to be
-
Does any1 know how I can get my hands on that cover plate for the headlamp washer. I suddenly realise my RHS one is missing!!
-
Looking good ker. Wish we also got the wagons here in SA too but happy with my sedan.
-
Ride looking cool. At least u guys Scooby dealers stock the accessories. I hadta import mine from u guys

Ok, thanks. Thats y we have this forum friendship. We learn from our mistakes and offer the advice to others so that they dont make the same.
Im still investigating with a local manufacturer. Looking at 25mm rear and maybe, just maybe a 20mm up front.
-
You can het more than a 15mm I'm on a 25mm with tein springs and 16's.. looks good none the less man!
Thanks! I am playing it safe cos no1 around my end of the world has modded their cars. But ur info helps me a lot. I am on the stock 18's and with KW v3's so a 25mm may not work out.
-
Going for 15mm spacers next. I dont think I can go any more than that w/o having to roll the fenders.
-
lookin sharp
Getting there slowly but surely
-
Yeah I thought so too. Had them fitted with settings as from factory. Was touching too much at the front so had them raised a bit. Think this looks better now.
-
Thanks Magic. Yeah, had the oem rims sprayed the typical gold. Just experimenting and it stuck with me. The ride is actually comfortable - not too hard at all. Though its too low for my roads here. I havta raise it up 20mm or so Took a coupla bumper and y-piece scratches today.
Am thinking on spacers. Any1 got some advice for me there? Make and size?

Hi freedom. Thanks for the reply and info. As far as I know - there is always an over-rate on the speedo dial so my guess is the 95kph is ur actual reading. As far as boost goes - thats confusing. So far this is the ONLY device I have come across that actually works on our cars so I may consider it. Any1 know where I can get it reasonably? Oh, and is it a simple plug-n-play setup? Thanks

:wub:...if only it weren't so darn expensive !!!
Any takes on where I can get my hands on those LED running lights. I think they really suite the car.

Hey Brown. Car looks awesome. Liking the black roof. Did u highgloss spray it or vinyl? I vinyld mine. The rims are super. Is that an STi kit? How'd get it?
-
CrazyKen - U gotta change that exhaust man. (Unless I missed that pic)
-
Hey guys. Thanks for the comments. I really do like the look the car has. Sorta looks like a panaromic roof now. The dog ... well he's just showing off his good side for the pose. FYI his name is Major - so i'd be careful with the comments!! LOL
Minuccims - the other shepherd is a German - black so there's ur match!!
Nah, I didnt want to paint the roof - that would devalue the car later on. Its just a stick on vinyl that has paint-like look. u can actually polish it to make it really shine.

-
Ya u right, with matt the sunroof just sticks out like a sore thumb.
Rogue, wats up? Howcome u not viewing the pics?
-
Hi guys. Ok, need some advice here. I think I finally found the right guys to do my roof and asked for gloss black and ended up with this mistake. Wat's the take on a matt black roof. I'm more inclined towards the gloss black as it gives a nice panaromic look (esp with the sunroof). Anyways, they will change it - hopefully tomorrow. Just thought i'd post the pics while its still on.
-
I actually like the gold Naseem, well done. I am thinking how a dark bronze would look since I saw your pics.
Ken, are you the first to put 20's on our car? How does it ride? It looks like it would rub unless you rolled fenders? Either way, those are nice looking rims.
HOW DO YOU GUYS AFFORD ALL THESE MODS????!! =(
Thanks Shribob. Its growing on me too. Dark bronze is also a good option. I stuck with the STi colour.
Saving is the key to affording mods I got the car a year now and only starting mods now.
-
Now thats a mean set of rims! Well done, Ken!! Wat suspension u running or is that how 20" wud look on stock suspension?
Good to know, Rogue. Ya, powder coated with a clear coat. If I get tired of it, I will change the colour
Black vinyl rooftop soon - thats the last mod for now...... (ya, right!) For this budget year I guess.

The moods of those beholding the view matters too. Cant quite stomach it if ppl are gonna look at my car and put a finger down the throat
