Are there pics of the fully chromse headlights? I wonder if theres a way 05 canget that mod.

I think I like the 05 ones better to be honest.

I don't believe it exists in newer cars...there's a certain number of ECM/ECU's identified that were affected.

 

As for myself, they claimed that they could not find anything wrong with the car. The service manager stated that I could bring the car back, and take a tech out with me, to reproduce it, but not today, since they were about to close when I got there. I will be going back next week, sometime, to reproduce the issue for them. On the other hand, everything else that they had to fix is mostly fixed...so that's a good thing. I will let you know how the story progresses!

Ok, that's kind of what I thought. I haven't noticed it on any recent one I've driven, and mines a recent build so it should be safe i hope .

Has a TSB been issued? I'll be picking up my car this weekend most likely but would like to be able to find out about this. Mine was fresh from the factory last month, but I don't know if it has the issue just yet.

It would be nice to hand them a page or give them a number to look up and say "hey i want this fixed."

Yeah Subarus are everywhere up here. Every 5th car is usually a Subaru. The most popular one is the Outback, then the older Legacy L, then the older Legacy L wagon, the new Legacy Wagon, and so on and so forth. GT's are still semi scarce, usually I only see 1 or 2 a day.

I've seen two Legacy GTs, one garnet red at the AutoX, and one regal blue driving to RIT and also parked at one of the malls. I've also seen one Outback XT at RIT. Other than that it's outbacks everywhere, foresters, WRXs, various imprezas and older legacys.
