Haha! What is it with womyn-folk and our toys? I found out long ago it's about compromises. Find out what she likes and let her buy it. Next time you go buy a lens, or rims, or new mod, you can say "hey, remember that (insert here) you bought?!?"

Love my 40d, been playing with my buddies 50d and i like my 40d more!

 

Now...i just found out that my company has a COMPANY Canon 5dMkII & 70-200mm F2.8-IS!! WTF!!

 

In truth they are my bosses that just happens to have his name on the building too! Damn...Gitzmo CF Tripod too!

 

My boss has a little studio in West LA, photography is his hobby/passion.

 

Gotta see if what he did with is Canon 5d MkI!!

Oh shites! That's a nice setup there. I think the next camera I'm upgrading to will be the 5DmkII.

Ya know i think 17mm is really wide enough for me. I barely used the 10-22 Lens ... was mostly on my 17-55 & the nifty fifty ...

 

Though i wish i had a longer lens ...

 

anyone want to buy my 10-22 so i can get a telephoto?

From where in SF did you take that last picture. It is indeed amazing.

Judging from the angle, looks like the top of Twin Peaks/Diamond heights, where the Sutro Tower is.

 

My sister lives around there so I've looked from that vista point before.

Ya, I would choose L glass over DO. If you don't mind non-canon glass, Tamron and Sigma have some pretty good lenses.
