JDM headlight (Right-Hand Drive) would be illegal here in the US because of how they are aimed (for approaching traffic on the right).

 

Other than that, fitment should be identical, but JDM lights were blacked out and ours were all chrome, gobs of it....

 

can you adjust the lights for US use if you buy the JDM headlights?

 

also do you how much you have to change on the usdm legacy to get jdm front bumpers to work on them?

not exactly slammed, but its my DD. I am going to rSTI stanced out with a built engine soon enough. I am trying to get those Aero underskirts, HiD projector upgrade and ordered the front strut bar and bushings. trying to keep the sleeper look. I did have a custom tuning shop in town that turns G37s into skylines retune my ECM, they grabbed another 28HP w/o exhaust and running lean. DBW controller should really change the feel of acceleration when I get around to ordering it. I still haven't settled on what rims I want to get. I have been running graphite and gun metal since I have been buying aftermarket rims, but for some reason I am itching to try bronze/gold on the white car.

need to find a better location to get those long exposure shots...i will find one...

they make the car look really sharp. I could roll around like this for as long as own the car and I think it will look great. I might want to get the 18" legacy rims that come on the LGTs right?

i would really like those on my ride, I have already scrapped the stock front lower bumper from uncommonly high curbs..

Here is my ride w/o the springs installed yet, but it will be a good before pic. I am hoping the spring alone will make it look like a solid sleeper...

 

and i think these axxis rims would look great on the white legacy..

if they fit. Does anyone know what the offset would need to be to not have to roll your fenders, for 8" or 9" wide wheels?

i ordered the same set for 3.6, I am sure it will look great just with stock 17". I plan on getting either the LGT 18"s or go with an aftermarket 19".

I'd imagine headers are in the works, maybe some sort of programmer. Not going to get any real love compared to the GT.

 

also I heard they did something with drive by wire throttle, that limits the natural curve of the response up to 30% of acceleration pressure. There is device you get that lets you modify it to 3 different modes with different levels on each.

 

I would be happy with just an ECU, but is it true the 5EAT cant handle 300 HP. So i would be bet with just an ECU tune and some bolt-on mods it approach 300 easily.

 

i thought at first like all my subarus I would keep them for ever and I said it with this legacy. If subaru made a turbo H6 or or a supercharged H6 i would trade mine in real quick. I think they made a wise choice as they are both real-world testing a newer displacement flat-6 and tranny.

 

I am hoping we see some mods now that the JGTC is now using a Legacy in the GT300 instead of the Impreza. Though if they made a turbo H6, they could easily enter the GT500.

yeah, I had graphite wheels on my old 95 impreza wagon which i dropped, ridiculously low. I am not sure if I am feeling all black wheels on a white legacy, but the black accents pull the look together..did you lower it also?

I think some rims like this would be sick..and they also come in black with the chrome machine lip.

 

and I threw in my puddle lights, as its one of my favorite things that lights on on the car at night.
