Right.. Well my manual says there is an off switch and I've used it before and it does disable the programmed shifts..
I can't imagine Subaru would allow us to disable VDC in these cars. Traction Control, sure. -
Has anyone tried turning off their VDC (button with a car and squiggly lines) yet?
-
The button is a symbol of a car with squiggly lines behind it.
Is this true?
I'll have to take a look, but I didn't think you could disable VDC in the more sedate Subies. Are you thinking of Traction Control?
-
Pressing it off.
Pressing it on or off? -
Pressing the VDC button seems to turn off the fake shift points.

I had these on my STI and liked them. I used them with RCE black regular guy springs.
Hey could I pick your brains on these shock absorbers want to be able to adjust the stiffness and softness of my rideSent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk

Only from 05-07 STI's I think.
I didn't realize the sti came in 17 inch wheels. That's a start to my research. Thank you. -
The only 17 inch stock rims that fit over the STI brembo brakes would be the wheels off an STI.
I have a legacy with the front brembo brakes from an sti. Is there a stock subaru rim in 17 inches that would fit, or does it have to be an 18 inch wheel or larger? I'm trying to look for a winter wheel that would fit as well as get a larger sidewall. Thanks for your help everyone. -
I have a front strut bar and RSB and do feel a difference.

He didn't specifically say which model WRX the parts were for so I wanted to confirm but thanks.
Yes, that is what he installed. It's in the post above his photos. -
Are these the two Perrin parts you installed? Thanks!
