    Well, truly no. But it was .0015 out on the runout, so I decided to play it safe for the long run and get it done.

    Back fresh and clean tomorrow and I can start reassembling everything. Cant wait!

     

    So you were 15 ten-thousandths out or did you mean 15 thousandths? AKA .015?

     

    Cause .0015 is like 38.1 microns, kinda small and hard to measure without lasers or scanning electron microscopes.

  2. I took the SS back to the dealership to have the AC checked since they gaurantee the work they did a few weeks ago. They think the AC compressor is on it's way out. I'm debating whether to pull a compressor from the yard or buy a new one. A new one is about $500 and a salvage compressor is about $25. But at $100 a pop to charge it I might be better off in the long run with a new one. Hmm....

     

    Have you called http://www.superrupair.com/ My friend in Boulder thinks they are good, just dont take my compressor
