I know it's a late notice, but is anyone considering the Seaside Subaru Cruise in Portland, OR (Aug 1, 2009)? A caravan will meet at the Krispy Kreme in Tacoma. Something about a mob of boxer engines roaring down I-5, then to Seaside, OR on a nice Saturday morning makes this very tempting for me...

Yesterday, I spotted a ABP LGT Sedan going north on I-95 (either in NJ or DE... not sure) w/ brembo brakes, STi BBS', and I believe a Perrin Rear Sway Bar. Clean car, by the way. I was in the black legacy wagon.

man that 3.0R bumper looks pretty good, do you have any more pics of it socalGT?

 

 

Unfortunately not... the front looks unfinished without a lip so I haven't been taking a lot of photos. I have a side shot though . Quite a bit of work still needs to be done to make it fit better.

SoCalGT has a MTS FMIC which is fairly small..

He'll need to trim the shit out of inside for sure.

but I'm not familiar with the 3.0R bumper so i'm talking outta my ass

 

 

The core wasn't the issue, but the piping was.

 

By the way, how's everything? What car did you end up getting after the legacy?

wait Socal how is your fmic going to fit in that 3.0r bumper? Cutting it up I assume?

 

 

That's what the masking tape was for... I opted for the smaller cut. Not as much air as the Albero, but a lot more efficient than before. And the piping did get in the way... the grill inserts surrounding the foglamps had to be trimmed, and that's an understatement!
