You can disassemble the new stereo and the one you originally had. Remove the antenna from your original stereo (removing the solder on the board) and soldering it to the 08 stereo.

Unfortunately it can't really be spliced because as you would see there is a wire in the center which is insulated the there is wire outside of that which is all together insulated. It would be very difficult to splice and keep these wires protected from each other. I believe one is am antenna and one is fm... but I may be wrong.

I did remove the 3rd light, and the seatbelt chime... worked like a charm

Wasn't sure if anybody was familiar with with it since we were talking about it here. As far as the alignment kit, I just saw it on the site and wasn't sure of the necessity.

So, if I need a part painted by the supplier, 2J is the code they need to match my paint?

Website says only the H&Rs are available for the 2.5i. Is there truly a difference between the struts on mine and the GT? And if so, are there any other reccomended springs to do a straight swap with?

The Cobb's sound like a little more drop than I'm looking for. Just not too sure.

Also, is anybody using the "recommended alignment kit" with the Eibach springs?

www.tirerack.com they also have a chart on what they fit.

Site says the only springs for the 2.5N/A are the H&Rs.

Does anybody know if there truly is a difference between the struts on the GT and the N/A?

And if so, any recommendations for the non GT setup?

Also... when using the springs with the stock struts, is anybody using the "recommended alignment kit"? Or just replace the springs and good to go?

Are the stock struts on the GTs the same for the 2.5i? After reading this tread, I'm interested in throwing the Eibachs on my are for an affordable ride height change.

Where to get my hands on those springs as well?
